Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry

Terrible. Never go here. I went in for a routine cleaning (no pain at all) and left with a filling and pain in the tooth that they supposedly fixed? Dr. Turner kept grinding it because she couldn’t get it right. My tooth is now messed up and I am going to another dentist. Stay away from this place.

Also, they told me my insurance only covers a cleaning on 1 side of my mouth. I was told I had to come back to get my other side cleaned.

To be honest, I waited way too long between my last dental visits. I came to Hendersonville Smiles as a new patient and got an appointment quickly. They took time to give me a full exam and cleaning, as well as being able to work me in for a couple of fixes that same day. The staff was friendly and I thought the pricing was fair, despite having an admittedly lower tier of insurance. Will continue to use Dr. Kapoor and the staff at Hendersonville Smiles in the future!

Avoid unless you like sub par dental work and billing issues! Great staff but terrible dentist and billing. I have waited 90 days to post this to give them a chance to fix but still nothing.
Wife and I started going to them when they first opened and loved them. On April 15, I cracked a tooth. Stopped by to see when they could see me. New Dentist/ old one gone. As had another tooth with crack also, decided to have both done at same time. Worked me in that afternoon starting at 1 pm. Finished with prep work at 6 pm - 5 hours. Not real upset as they worked me in/ had other scheduled patients to take care of.
Following Tuesday returned at 1 pm for placement of crowns. Crowns not ready and they had to make - left at 5 pm after another 4 hours/ left alone in chair for 2 1/2 hours. Total 9 hours to get 2 standard crowns. Bite off so returned on May 11 to adjust. Upon exam, lower crown not put in correctly and would have to be redone. After apologizing for long time waits and problems of April visits and promising to do better, Dentist walked out and left me. Tech prepped me for crown replacement and left. After waiting 20 minutes with nothing happening and no one around, I got up and left. Cancelled future visits and requested refund for bad crown.
Got refund for my co-pay after 2 weeks but in June got bill for co-pay. Still 80 days later. no refund to insurance company for bad crown. I am still out full cost of fixing bad crown. Also took another dentist about 3 hours to take out, fix and replace bad crown. Bite still slightly off/ been 3 1/2 months of mouth problems!

I was in town visiting from TX over the long weekend and needed dental treatment done. Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry understood my time constraint and seamlessly added me to to their schedule. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received. Everyone was so courteous and professional. The dentist, Dr. Kapoor, explained my treatment plan in detail and the expectations she set out were not only met but they were exceeded.
My only regret is that I do not live in the Hendersonville area, otherwise I would be a regular patient with Dr. Kapoor and Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry!! Thank you for the wonderful & thorough treatment and addressing all of my concerns to make my visit so easy.

Dr.Kapoor was incredible. I have severe anxiety issues and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. If you have dental issues I highly recommend them. But I had some issues 2 days later and I contacted them through there website and it said I would have a response shortly but after 5 hours I have heard nothing. So it's a great place to go to as long as you don't need to contact them due to an issue cause if you do good luck on getting a response.

From start to finish, Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was so welcoming and my visit with the dental assistant and doctor couldn't have been more pleasant. They took time to make sure I was very comfortable during before, during and after my procedure. I highly recommend Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry!

I have been searching for the perfect dental office and I am so happy that I finally found it! Naturally, after COVID, I was apprehensive but the patient care provided by the staff is supreme! I felt completely safe, every procedure was explained, and all of the questions I had were answered and explained in a manner that was easy to understand. If you are searching for a dental home, I would definitely recommend coming to Hendersonville Smiles! You have a patient in me for life, thank you!

I felt like I was at a dealership trying to be sold a car with all the upgrades and extras. My cleaning was less than 5 minutes. I paid out of pocket to have permanent retainer fixed and came loose after 2 months. I was told today that they would not fix it that they are not really equipped to do that. They refused to fix it or refund money. Why do something and charge me if your not equipped to repair? My husband was given a 65,000 estimate to fix his teeth and went to Hendersonville Family Dentistry and excellent service for 1/4 of the cost. No car salesman there. My sons teeth were cleaned in less than 5 minutes. All they care about are the extra up charges and not your teeth. Very disappointed!

Dr. Sonal is very nice and I liked her a lot and the facility was beautiful. However, whole experience was intense. I was a new patient and went in for a general cleaning and I was there for over an hour and I had to leave early because a prior commitment, I didn’t think it would interfere, the cleaning wasn’t even done! I felt like a lot of the extras done were to sell me extra procedures.

Dr. Pierre and the team of nurses are just good people.... it's a blessing to know these folks. They're real people and it shows👍👍
