Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry did not leave me smiling at all. I went for my initial visit, which I assumed would involve a cleaning. Instead I was charged for a “plan visit”, which consisted of x-ray, and a brief dental exam. I was informed that I had “gingivitis” after the hygienist poked and prodded my gums until they bled. Then, I was told that I needed over $1200 in dental work. The dentist even stated that she’s sure I had great insurance because of where I work . Needless to say, I will not be back. Friendly dental assistant, but stay far away from the hygienist. Sadly, most dental offices are hungry after money and your insurance, and will tell you that you need all kinds of treatment or “your teeth will fall out”. I am a medical professional myself, and take very good care of my body. Don’t let anyone pressure you into anything. Go elsewhere if something about the situation feels off!

Staff is friendly and place is clean. However, waited 1 1/2 hours and still had not even started my cleaning. Was told I needed more in depth cleaning and when I said only wanting the basic cleaning the hygenist came in only cleaned for 5 minutes and was done. Never again - I've had cleaning my entire life and never had one done so quickly don't even feel my teeth are clean.

Very clean, state of the art facility and equipment. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Sonal is very sweet and isn’t pushy. I had a crown replacement and it went very well as far as crown replacements go. I’ve never had a long wait time while being there. I think I’ve found a dentist home for me and my family. Thank you, Hendersonville Smiles! I’ll definitely be referring my friends!

I have found my forever dental home at Hendersonville Smiles Dentistry. Not only is Dr. Kapoor absolutely wonderful, but Senia is always available to translate to Spanish for me if needed. If you are looking for a team of people that truly cares about their patients, you have found them. I met them at their We Serve day where they are volunteering their personal time to help people. Laura the hygienist helped to get the gum treatment I needed. And she did it so gently, I was not uncomfortable at all. I will continue to come back to them because they treat me like I am family.

EXPENSIVE! Yes I understand not having dental insurance I will be paying a little more, they told me I had over $5,000 worth of stuff needed to be done.
I went in I got my teeth x-rayed and a full mouth exam, when it was time to tell me the pricing for my treatment I felt like they were a sales person. They made me very overwhelmed with everything, although the staff was friendly I will not be returning to this place.

Been to 2 other dentists who were rude and rough. These guys are great. Answered ALL our questions. Helped with insurance and the dentist is great. We have a daughter with some disabilities, and the dentist was amazing with her. AND great work. Rest of the family will be coming here.

WARNING: The $59 cleaning offer is deceptive and not accurate. I waited to post this review, but now others are continuing to have the same issue I had. Went in, wasted my time getting x-rays, and sitting in a chair getting my gums poked and prodded for them to tell me that I essentially don't qualify for a simple cleaning and tried to charge me over $1000 for a 'plan' because I have gingivitis. Lady worked her magic and dropped it to $500. I'm a broke college student with no insurance for a few more months and thought this would be a good option - to have a simple teeth cleaning until I can afford more. It's unfortunate. I left with nothing being done because they told me it would be "negligent" to just do the simple cleaning. Never heard that one before. I completely understand the need for additional work for my teeth, but these people acted like dentistry version of a used car salesmen.

I was very impressed with HENDERSONVILLE SMILES today. I had a dental emergency this morning. I called Hendersonville Smiles and they were able to accommodate me right away. I am so thankful for that.
Dr. Kapoor, Janna and their staff were outstanding. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other dentists that I have visited in the past. If anyone in Hendersonville or surrounding areas need a dentist, I highly recommend HENDERSONVILLE SMILES. I give them 5 STARS.
