Megan Burkhart did my cleaning and was very nice and careful with her work. I've also seen Dr. Turker (Tim) Goksel for several appointments and he has done a good job on saving my tooth after it cracked when an old crown came off. He is also very knowledgeable and friendly. His assistant that helped him with my procedure was also a nice person to talk to and friendly. I appreciate that I'm able to go to the dentist, not have to stress about it, and that Dr. Turker (Tim) Goksel answered any questions I asked.

When I arrived for a Hygienist appointment, wearing my face mask, I was impressed that there was a sign on the door indicating that face masks were REQUIRED until I opened the door. There were 3 other patients sitting in the waiting room and not one of them had a face mask on. I told my Hygienist about the issue and she immediately got it taken care of, but they either need to take the sign off of the door or enforce it. After all, during a dental visit patients are going to have at least 2 sets of hands in their mouths and the environment should be as “germ” free as possible.

Update: I have been to Mountain Grove for cleaning and general work for years. This week I broke a tooth in front, and while it was not painful, it was very unsightly. This office got me in quickly and, unbelievably, repaired my broken tooth in just about an hour, with zero pain. I cannot recommend this office of dentists highly enough!

Broke part of a tooth over a weekend. Was able to get an appointment in a short timeframe. Thankful Dr. Konrad was able to do a filling instead of a crown! He used to be my dentist in Maryville. Glad he's still close by. Dr. Konrad and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Does this place even really exist? I have now had 4 (no really, **four**) consecutive appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time. (One was within the hour.) I just received a voice-mail with not so much as an apology. Honestly, it's my fault for continuing to attempt to reschedule after the second time. And the third. If you don't want your time wasted over and over and over again, I would suggest you find another dental office.
