Always get great service at AFD Mountain Grove. I highly recommend this place. I never wait more than 5 minutes I the waiting room. The hygienist are very careful when cleaning teeth. The exam is quick and very detailed.

Very unprofessional. My appt was at 2:00, sign on door saying back at 2:00, did not open doors until 10 min after 2:00. Filled out all paperwork online and they could not figure out how to call ins. Even though on paperwork. Told them I don’t have a card, it’s online, yet last 24 hours they have asked me for it twice at the office and texted me for it twice at home. Dentist took X-rays before verifying ins and looked at my tooth 2 seconds and said I may need a cap but couldn’t tell me why. Stay away from this place, should have known being a chain. All about the money not the service. Wont go back.

Being new to the area, it was important to find a dental group that is in network for our insurance plan, accepting new patients, and willing to work me in quickly as a crown had come loose. Dr. Konrad and his team were professional, courteous, attended to my immediate concern and worked to get me quickly scheduled for regular maintenance care going forward rather than waiting for months like other practices I had called before scheduling a visit here. I was especially pleased that they did not try to up-sell services I didn’t need or recommend accelerating areas that might one day become problematic (existing crowns or my nearly 40 year old bridge) as other dentists in the past have done. Very happy with my visit and everyone I met at the practice. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a great, down-to-earth and honest dental practice.
