Shannon and the whole crew at Knoxville Smiles are simply wonderful! This is the best dental experience I've ever had in over 48 yrs. You will be blessed by this team.

Don’t waist your time going to see Dr. Costa!!!! ” There are hidden charges made, After being told an Exact amount!!! Unneeded and unnecessary Extra ex rays! Incompetence on following through with insurance carriers! The whole experience feels like their trying to drag extra money out of you! Not caring about your Actual Dental care!! I would’ve rated Dr Costa a Zero Star if available! He’s very in professional at a persons neede dental care! In summary: he is Unprofessional at dental care! I don’t know how they rate a 5 star!!! It’s certainly NOT EARNED!!! Don’t waist your time!!!

Be careful going to this Dentist. They are not in network with any dental insurance company's and they won't tell you. My wife and I both made a visit there for routine cleanings and x-rays. Our insurance company pays 100% preventive maintenance. The insurance card was presented to the office staff both times. No one said anything about not being in network or that we would be charged a higher rate. We walked out of that office expecting to have a "0" balance after the insurance paid. What we got was a bill for $301.88. This amount was after the insurance paid their 70%. I called the insurance company and they told me the dentist office inflated the charges because they are not in network and could get by with it. $301.88 for two cleanings and x-rays after the insurance payment was made. I call that a huge ripoff. Needless to say we will find us a new dentist that hopefully can be honest with their patients.*UPDATE*: Now they turned me over to collection. How can someone try to ruin someones credit over inflated charges. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks .*UPDATE*: As you can see someone they responded to my update telling me to call them and discuss the issue with them. So I call and no one knows who responded. I leave my name and phone number for the office manager to call me back. Several days later nothing. I call back and ask to speak to the office manager. They told me she has no scheduled hours and to leave my name and number. I left my information again and explained that someone there wanted to talk with me. That was a week ago and still nothing. You would think if they were interested in resolving this matter that I would at least get a call from them. The only thing, Knoxville Smiles, about this place is when they take your money. Then they all SMILE as you leave. *UPDATE* Another week goes by and no contact. They send me a flyer in the mail advertising a cleaning and x-ray's for $99.00. They billed me $301.88 for my wife and I after the insurance paid 70% of the bill. How can they continue to overcharge people? The money's not the big issue. It's how they mislead customers and charge them inflated prices. *UPDATE* 5 months later, no response. I've tried to contact them over and over to discuss my charges. They can't even tell you what they charge for. You better have some deep pockets if you go to this dentist. *UPDATE* This place is a total ripoff. They are still having a collection agency call me to collect a false debt. I wonder how many patients actually pay the false charges instead of fighting them. If you are a patient there you are totally being ripped off. I wouldn't take my dog to those crooks. *UPDATE* Now they have a 4.9 rating on google. they really must push people for reviews. Maybe its not real. Surely they wouldn't post fake reviews. Or maybe being as as crooked as they are, they did..

The best dentistry in town!!! Whole staff was so friendly and professional. There was not a moment when I felt uncomfortable. They genuinely care about your whole experience.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Malone helped save my life-literally. I am so thankful to him and the entire office.

First time at Knoxville Smiles office today. Glad to know I've found my new dentist! From the moment I walked in, the staff did everything to make sure that I was comfortable and knew what was happening. Professional and excellent.

Fixed all my issues that previous dentist had actually caused!!! Very affordable for the quality of care. He put a LOT of work and extra time into correcting mistakes from two previous dentist that were causing a great deal of pain and damage. Highly recommend!!!

I have very sensitive teeth but Rebecca was amazing. Absolutely no pain in cleaning them. I love the new clean air filtration system throughout the office.

Dr. Costa and all the staff are wonderful!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get the very best care and they are very knowledgeable and helpful!! They really care about their patients. The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful as well. Thank you to all of you for taking excellent care of me!
