I was charged for teeth cleaning $70 when my insurance pays 100 percent for teeth cleaning twice a year..... not right..... I should b payed back well really not charged for teeth cleaning and they charged $35 for fluoride no one ask me, they never give me tooth brush like I always get at other places when get teeth cleaned . The dentist lady was nice and caring and love Christina that works there !

This was my first visit and I had a positive experience. I'm not a fan of going to the Dentist because of a few painful visits in the past. The staff put me at ease and also worked with me to get an appointment scheduled to accommodate me as I was beginning a new job the following week.
Specifically Ashley, Dr Nester, and Amberlee were involved in my care and I will be a return patient thanks to them listening to my concerns.

The staff was awesome. They treated us like we was family. I would recommend this branch to anyone. I drove 1 hour and 20 min to get there cause it was only place with appointment open but now I will not go anywhere else even if one opened up next door to me. They really care about you as a person here and make you feel special not just like another patient.

Had top wisdom teeth and two molars pulled there. Dr. Nester made sure I was completely numb and pulled them super quickly. His nurse even held my hand because I'm such a big baby! She was super sweet! The office staff and x-ray tech was amazing as well. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Truly the best dental experience (besides the last time I was there and it was exceptional too) that I've had. Any dental work I need done I will be going to them. Thank you so much!!!

Appointment at 5 by 6 still sitting in room waiting till someone came and and I asked them how much longer and was told they didn't know. Said Dr would be by shortly I told them I was there for 6 month cleaning no dental work was to be done at that time then they finaly got me to the one that cleans the teeth. Once they she always does a great job and got me out.

I was taken back relatively quickly after completing the new patient paperwork, the lady and her trainee who were doing my xrays, were very compassionate and helpful.
Once I was taken to an 'exam' room or booth, the wait was crazy, I think the communication broke down amung the staff as I overheard one of the staff pointing out to one of the dentists that I was sitting in the chair waiting for my consultation I I heard her remark that I was the first one she had seen that morning.... I ended up being there for very close to 2 hours.
The dentist who examined me, could obviously see that I had an infection going on and he neither offered antibiotics or pain relief, they just seemed to be pushing me toward the money end of the conversation with the front desk to see if I would by the treatment plan.
I'm happy that I was able to get a good deal on the initial consultation and xrays, and that a plan is in place, but I'm a bit hesitant on what to expect on my next visit.

Planned to have surgery done on my tooth. Scheduled the surgery for the following week. I got days off work and my boyfriend did too. When we got there, we waited for 3 hours and we were actually in the office after it closed. Took me back to the room finally and told me they couldn't do the surgery. Definitely don't recommend this place AT ALL.

Great Customer Service! I have to give kudos to Mandy and Jessie at Aspen Dental. I had a dental emergency to arise and called late on a Thursday evening. Aspen told me to come to the office early Friday morning and my emergency was handled by Friday at noon.

I can't say enough about the service I received from this office and their employees. I will be returning!

It may have been the worst experience of any sort of professional manner. I work in telecom and customer service is the core of our business. The X-ray tech was rough and going to fast placing the X-ray boards in my mouth. There was no need to rush it. My mouth was sore the next day. Then she took me back to the dental chair as I waited for the dentist. He checked my teeth and everything was ok there. He then told me he would have someone from the front come get me. So I sat for almost 30 minutes in the chair as souls hear other employees walk by, laugh and joke and gossip. Not one of them ask have you been helped? So I was upset and went to the front myself. There I sat and waited about 10 minutes before someone said something. The lady at the desk finally asked if I wasn’t Raymond and said sorry it’s just been so busy. Then I asked her what we had to talk about. She said what the dentist saw. I’m in sales and I know exactly what’s going on. I told her I originally called to have my teeth cleaned. She based the buck on corporate. So finally I got back to the hygienist. From there the the experience was good. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I’ve told many others about my experience.
