The wait was 2 hours in the lobby. Then exrays and 11/2 hours before I saw the dentist. He didn't fix this big hole in my tooth or pull it. I had to make appt.for fillings and another appt.for cleaning. To long for nothing 30 minute drive. I have no choice but to go there due to insurance. When they finally did a filling for my tooth he messed it up. The filling was much higher than my other teeth. I went back it was painful to close My mouth. They didn't let me see the dentist they didn't clean my teeth. They wanted to start a deep cleaning treatment costing a lot more than someone on social security can afford. I found another dentist first visit he fixed my tooth he had to grind all that extra filling away. Got rid of it tooth pain first visit. I would not take my dog to them
They are out to make money not help you .Thumbs Down.

I was on time for my cleaning appointment and after the cleaning i had to sit and wait on a very rude and hurried dentist to look and make sure everything was okay. He never spoke to me nor introduced himself to me and as he was walking out the room i had to ask him loudly if I had any freaking cavities! The cleaning lady was fabulous but the dentist was overly rude and probably over paid. Did not appreciate him at all!

Initial visit on same day as called. Typical waiting room with blaring television. Helpful office people. Only 10 minute wait beyond appointment time. Modern clean equipment. Very busy somewhat noisy operation with many dozens of patients daily. Very pleasant & caring X-ray technician. Obnoxious television screen with no obvious controls in one's face while sitting in The Chair. A bit pressured for procedures (fix slightly chipped tooth that is giving no trouble? Fluoride application (personally feel is unnecessary for adults?). Overall a decent experience. Follow up visit 4 days later: Claiming another patient's added urgent care needs by the doctor, my teeth cleaning was delayed an hour. I didn't need the doctor, and the hygienists sat around the office area for 10-15 minutes at a time during that hour. Upon complaint I was offered to reschedule my visit, but instead was then admitted within two minutes.

Very friendly people, they make you feel very comfortable. They need to work on helping people finance their bill better...what happen to financing right there in the office? I guess today's greedy of the dollar comes before really helping people on fixed incomes.

Not off to a good start. First appointment was at 12:45 P.M. for a check-up. Arrived at 12:30 PM. Wasn't until 1:45 before I taken in for X-Rays. It was after 2:00 PM before I saw the doctor. I still don't know what his name is. I return Friday at 8:00A.M. for temporary partial impression. We'll see how that goes. So far I'm not impressed. Will let you know how it goes.

One star because that is the lowest option in order to write review. Otherwise they wouldn't have received that much.I live my life on call. I don't know from one day to the next if I will be in town. I do not blame aspen dental for that. That is my problem. I have a broken tooth with cavity and it has caused me alot of pain. Aspen dental is a provider for my insurance and accepts walk ins for these kinds of problems. I walked in and explained the situation. I filled out paperwork. Went thru x-rays of entire mouth. Met with a hygienist and dentist. The tooth has infection and needed root canal or pulled. I chose to have it pulled due to location, price and limited time for appointments. After 3hrs plus I ended up at the front checkout with no intent of anything being done and a possible appointment 2 days from now that I can't make. Needless to say I am still in pain with no alternative. It is a shame that this system has gotten to this point. The website uses veterans as a advertising point. I am a honorably discharged veteran with a mouthful of pain that is not necessary. I have good insurance and am not interested in any narcotic prescription. I want my tooth pulled. That's it. With x-rays, personal history and a logical pre determined reason by aspen dental. What more is needed. Other than nonstop dental appointments and thousands of dollars. Aspen dental has not earned the rights to use veterans as a advertising point. If you gave these people 5 stars look thru your records and see how much money has went there direction. Negative 5 star review
