They remembered me (my name), and that impressed me! The staff was friendly, and my cleaning took approximately 10 minutes. The dentist was personable and cordial.

If I could give a negative score, I would. After scheduling a dentist appointment several weeks in advance, I arrived a few minutes early for my 3 pm appointment and signed in and sat in the waiting area. 15 minutes later a young gentleman called me back to a desk and explained to me that because I did not respond to a text message that they sent me the previous day to call the office (which apparently was for me to confirm the appointment that I confirmed when I made it) that unfortunately they cancelled my appointment and he will have to get me rescheduled. The morning of my appointment I received a text message from their office which I am attaching that says welcome back, confirming the 3 pm appointment and saying see you then! When I pulled out this message, the gentleman said yes that's from corporate that's not from us, (so... is the previous message that asked me to call you also from corporate or does that one actually matter?) Are you that hard up that you need to double book your appointments? I am a great client to have, I have good insurance and have always paid cash for anything my insurance didn't cover. For future references the correct thing to do would be to apologize, not blame corporate and to get me back as soon as possible. Its called Customer Service, learn about it!

Very nice and friendly staff! seemed knowledgeable about the procedures they did and are planning on doing. The only problem I had, was that I was in the office for 2 1/2 hrs. The time was just a little bit too long for x-rays and to get an impression and schedule my next appt. This was a scheduled appt.

Just like every other Aspen Dental. Perpetually overbooked and understaffed. Good luck getting through on the phones. You’ll get put on hold while they deal with in person clients and eventually they “lose the call”...

It was my First Time at Aspen Dental today.. I already have really bad anxiety especially Dental.. I didnt wait long at all to be called. The staff was very nice and professional. The Denist answered all my questions.. They all made me feel very comfortable. The manager even opened the doors at 7:30 am and they dont open until 8am... I will be going there again in the future..

I had an old back tooth filling that came out. We had just moved to our new house in TN. The office was good enough to try and take me as soon as they could. Not done yet, but so far okay.

The dental hygienist lady is very nice. The couple ladies at the front desk, not so. The heavy set lady that takes care of billing is not. You can't understand her English too well and she just isn't a friendly person. She acts like she'd rather not be there. She's not a people person. Another problem I have about this place is I have a copay which I paid but they charge another $5.00 just to walk in which is ridiculous on top of everything else you pay.
