This company out right lies and tricks you into opening a line of credit through them, they tell you this is "in house credit" and will not effect credit scores.. My wife agreed to a plan that was less then $2500 for everything she needed .
Here we are about a year later and we have paid over $2000 all ready, not counting what our insurance has paid when we was told our out of pocket for this plan was around $1100, and she still doesn't have her permanent set of teeth. Every time she goes for an appointment they do something that isn't on the plan and then add the fees for that to the open line of credit with out explaining any of this.. I have just now been made aware of whats been going on so I do not know the details yet. But a quick look at the BBB (better business bureau) website shines a light on what is going on.. I will be going over ever document my wife has starting from the 1st visit plan and every bill since then and review with our insurance company.
It appears that this company has a tendency to lie, trick, and scam its patients by giving false information to get you to sign. You can look forward to more details in the complaint I will be filing at the BBB website once I complete my investigation. However it is extremely similar to the over 15 complaints filed with them in just the past 12 months.. that's over 1 complaint a mouth! And 90% of these claims it was found Aspen dental was at fault as they issued refunds. Stay away from this place and find an honest dentist less you find yourself in the same position as the many complaints that actually reported, no telling how many others just paid Aspen and didn't file a complaint as most people do not actually file complaints when they should..

I am so happy I found this office. I broke a tooth this weekend and they fit me in very quickly, everyone was so nice. Coming in, I had a lot of anxiety from childhood and later experiences, but everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful, kind and gentle, instead of a miserable day, it was such a relief from all the stress I was expecting. They set me up with 2 appts to get everything done that I need, as soon as they can, no pressure to buy things I didn't want, truely amazing and the price was amazing. They also offered to fix a partial I had broken from another dentist in just minutes for unbelievably cheap. What wonderful find, I'm still so shocked that it could be such a great experience. What a blessing! I will definitely tell everyone about them LOL.

The staff was great. Really professional and remained in good humor, even when people were rude. The wait was unreal, 2 hours past my appointment time. I also had to wait 10 days before they could pull my infected tooth, and gave me nothing for pain. The staff makes it worth going back!

I had to wait over 30 mins to get into the back but I work in the medical industry so I understand! The staff is always sweet:) they answer all my questions and help me understand what I’m paying for and what insurance covers!!

To say Im terrified of the dentist office.. is an understatement! I had a very bad experience somewhere else years ago and that was it for me. However, from the front seat receptionist, x-ray tech, hygienist, consultant , and the dentist himself they really make you feel like family and go above and beyond to ease any worry you have. I wish I could remember all the girls names, but I can't. I do remember Lisa! And let me just say, thank you! Thank you ! Thank you! You're kindness meant the world to me! All of you went above and beyond!
