It's not a traditional Dentist office. It was a good visit. I did feel like I was just another cog in the gear. I never knew what was going on. The propose i went was broke tooth but that didn't get fixed. They are waiting on insurance and made me an appointment in a month. I hope after this first visit it gets better.

The associates in every field were very friendly. I am a new patient, but so far they did a great job on my teeth! 😀

Huge ripoff. I must say the staff is friendly. However I had to finance like $5000 to have nothing more than a crown and a couple fillings. I now have more tooth pain than I did before I went. Then they tried to send me to have oral surgery ($5000 more) for what turned out to be non dental related swollen glands. This place preys on people who have no insurance.

Lack of cleanliness, long wait time. They did use gloves but not once washed their hands. And they went from the communal computer directly to my mouth with the same pair of gloves. The tv attached to the exam chair was spattered with debris(eew), and the bathroom was super gross. Not only was it dirty from the clients in and out, the paper towel was sitting atop the toilet- hope that's not the employee bathroom too. The exam room seemed to be in a break room, which was odd. I felt like the Dr. was upselling me things I didn't care about(teeth whitening for $200 or $299, I forget) so either she thought I needed it or it was a sales tactic. Since I was paying out of pocket I was required to pay %20 of my cost to even set the future appointment. I am happy to pay the day of service but it seems odd to ask for money to save the date. I don't feel super confident about using this business.

I took my father for an appointment to have the initial assessment for his teeth. We arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. While in the waiting room I heard several conversations that there was only one Dr present that day. We were finally called back 45 minutes after his appointment time for x-rays and put into a room. 20 minutes later someone else (also getting an initial assessment done) was called back and put in the next room and was told that the Dr was still doing surgery and would be with them shortly. They came bad to that man again and said they would remind the Dr that he was there, so I stopped her to ask about my father's appointment. I explained how long we had been waiting and that I need some idea how much longer it would be because my child had to be picked up 2 hours later. She then said that she couldn't say and could guarantee that we would be seen before the other man even though we had been there much longer. Fast forward 2 hours after the appointment time the Dr walks past us and into the room with the other gentleman and starts his exam! At this point I had no patience left and neither did my father. 2 hours after his appointment time we had not seen a doctor or a hygenist so we left. If they were that short handed or running that far behind they should've rescheduled appointments and told us instead of just us sitting there fuming. My time is just as valuable as theirs and they wasted a lot of mine! This was the Morristown TN office.

This place is awesome! I was nervous and ashamed to show anyone my teeth, but they made me feel like family and understood my issues. My teeth have some serious work needing done and they help me with a good payment plan that best works for me to get my smile back! Thank you guys so much!!

2012~2013. My experience with the Morristown TN Aspen Dental was a living nightmare! My family and friends could not believe the hassle and stressful time that Aspen dental put me through! The dentures are still ill fitted. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Maybe by now the staff have been replaced.

Very angry about the way they handle mine and my wife's apoointments. We waited an hour each to be seen and when we finally saw the doctor he was cold and distant and did as little as possbile to get us out of there quick. When we finished up and talked about pricing for precedures they added 150 dollar toothbrushes to our cleaning which made it to where our insurance would not cover precedures that were covered by my insurance so we went to another dentist for another opinion to find out that that my wife has a rare tooth disease that they completely missed and that there were several other thing that were missed that should have been noticed if the doctor had of done a more thorough inspection. Needless to say had we not seen another doctor we would have spent thousands of dollars more down the road.
