Vitality is best dental office I have ever been to. The entire staff is so friendly, but more importantly, they are knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a tooth break off and they had me in within an hour to get it fixed. I was there less than 30 minutes, and left there good as new! Cannot say enough good things about this group! The kind of place where the staff remembers your name and greets you when you walk in the door. I've been seeing Dr. Oaks since I moved to Nashville 6 years ago. He is honest and straightforward with my care. Never suggesting something that doesn't need to be done, and honestly has fixed the mistakes of my providers in the past. The one time Dr. Oaks was not available in 6 years for an emergency, Dr Holmes was also great. Can't recommend this place enough.

This place was awesome! I scheduled my appointment for 7 am. I totally expected to have to wait & for the staff to be not fully awake yet since the appointment was so early. I was pleasantly surprised, not only did it take just a few minutes for me to be called but the staff was super friendly & cheerful. I also had a great experience. We did X-rays & a cleaning & it was super relaxed & comfortable. :)

What a great group of people. My husband was reluctant to get a second opinion, but we are so glad we did. They actually were more expensive for the procedure but we fell in love with this office! Great personable attention and wonderful patient advocacy.
