I went in for my first appointment last year. I scheduled a cleaning. I asked off of work and went to my scheduled cleaning. The nurse and doctor talked to me for 45 min about oral history then proceeded to take me to another room where they tried to sell me on sleep apnea treatments. I came to get a cleaning, left with nothing. Upset, I Rescheduled for the following day. Asked off of work again to lose another day of pay. They took me in for a cleaning telling me they were going to charge me 50$ more for a deep cleaning that’s fine, then they hit me with 70$ for some kind of mouth wash. Billed things through my insurance that were not what I asked for, then now want 115 more dollars that insurance “didn’t cover” totaling to 400+ dollars for a simple cleaning.. they not only wasted two work days for me, but are trying to charging 300% more than most doctors for their work.
Stay away! This place is a retail outlet for sleep apnea treatment not a dentist!

I just started going to Dr Mullins and he is as so kind and very professional and seems to be very knowledgeable of what he is doing. I’m looking forward to getting my dental work all caught up after missing last year. I recommend!!! All the staff are very nice and Taylor Devoti is awesome at cleaning also very professional and knowledgeable.

This was my first trip to Dr. Mullins' office. I work in West Knoxville and so I was unsure about the drive, but it was just 15 minutes - very quick and easy to get to.
The first thing that happened when I was called back was that I sat down in Dr. Mullins' actual office and talked with him about my dental history. He was very thorough, and engaging. That's the first time anything like that has happened to me in a dentist's office, and it was pretty cool!
The whole rest of my visit was equally positive. His technicians were very professional and friendly, and Dr. Mullins explained everything he did as he did it.
I can honestly say this was the best trip to the dentist I've ever had.

We know that they take the appropriate safety measures to protect against COVID-19, so we have never felt it was unsafe to go to the dentist. Dr. Mullins does a fantastic job as does his team. My hygienist the past couple of times (Julie) was equally great to deal with.
I actually just had a crown put on this morning and it feels better than my original tooth ever did... not that I want to have anymore anytime soon, but it was worth noting. :)
