I would have given 4 star if the front desk response was not rude. I liked the doctor and the treatment, but the waiting time was horrible today. I reached out to the front desk to ask about the waiting, and the response was "doctor is busy and there are other people waiting in the line", with a rude tone. Seriously, i am not sure if i was the first one to experience this at this place, but i dont like that attitude at the front desk.

Dr. Saxena is amazing I’ve had my braces on since December and I can definitely see results . My bite is together now (it was badly spaced out), my teeth are all shifting together . My smile is looking tremendously better already . I cannot wait to see the final results . The staff is very nice, professional and accommodating. I can easily give both of her locations 5 stars . 10/10 I would recommend Dr.Saxena !

Staff has been helpful and pleasant. Appointments were timely even when they were down on staff members. My only issue was that I was not informed that Dr. Davis was no longer in practice even though his profile was still on the website.

I was very hesitant having to drive an hour to get to my orthodontist but Dr. Saxena always makes me feel comfortable and she communicates very well. I’ve never had any problems, I highly recommend this place!

I am a new patient and recently made my first visit to Lakecreek Family Dental Care and Orthodontics for a teeth cleaning and some concern over a possibly chipped tooth. The hygienist was very friendly and very thorough, more so than my previous dental office. They followed all COVID safeguards, and I felt safe. I only saw the dentist very briefly and she identified three fillings that she believed needed to be replaced. I was a little surprised as I had last seen a dentist six months earlier, and no mention was made about an immediate need for replacement. It was a little bit of a hard sell, especially since I received a call soon after to discuss the "dental care plan." I likely will have the procedures done in the coming months.

I’ve been going to Lakecreek Family Dental for over 10 yrs now and I absolutely love them!! Dr. Don Davis has done a root canal, tooth extractions, and my vaneers & I was very pleased. Today i had an emergency & Dr. Aditi Saxena scheduled an appointment to see her within hours!!! She took great care of me and the staff was very kind as always! I’ve recommended Lakecreek Family Dental to my friends and family and they were very satisfied as well. I will definitely continue going to them for all my dental needs.
Update: During my healing process I have had some pain & discomfort & Dr Saxena has been so kind & helpful.
UPDATE FEB.24,2021: My husband, Marcus Benson came in today for a tooth extraction & bone graft. He was very pleased with the whole procedure as well!!

I went there as a first time client. I had a terrible tooth ache. Not only were they able to help me with my root canal they were very flexible as to what I could afford and help me out. It was a great experience!
