Very good first impression. Clear communication on the procedure and things needed to be done. Dr. Prasad was great and made my first visit very comfortable. I am glad to have found this dental clinic as for my new dental care in Texas. The staff are great too.

I'm glad I decided to come to Northwest Austin Family Dentistry for my dental treatment. Dr. Prasad and her staff went above and beyond in clearly outlining all of my options without being pushy on treatments I didn't need.
The deep cleaning was performed by dental hygienist Laurie Hack, who did an excellent job while being incredibly patient. She even demonstrated how to properly floss, which is something I had been doing incorrectly all along.
I'd highly recommend Northwest Austin Family Dentistry to anyone who wants quality work done in a calm setting by caring people.

The dentist here is friendly, and most of her support staff is pretty amiable. There is however one male dental assistant here that we have had issues with multiple times. He’s not very gentle with our children’s mouths, he has given them fluoride when we expressly told him we did not want our youngest to have it. Then instead of having her spit it out, he gave her a drink and he let her swallow the fluoride. Later that afternoon and evening she had a stomachache from it. He seems to not really be present when he’s speaking with or working on you. Most recently, the staff seemed kind of overly curious about our lives and what we were wearing…it came across as judgmental. Our daughters like the toys they give out when they are done, but not the pain of having someone not paying attention while cleaning their little teeth and mouth.
