GIVE 0 STAR. This place was ok but getting worst since Jessica (lack of knowledge manager) was worked here. She was over charge my copay. I understood everybody's mistake but she doesn't have clue what she does wrong. please aware when she is charging cost. She also refused and keep saying to me "call you" when I request dental records. I have a patient's right so I was keep asking but she call police. Police told me they will called you by 2nd May but never happened. She tried charge 30 dollars for print ex ray less than 20 copies. 30 dollars charged illegal maximum charge is 25 dollars for first 30 copies then 15 cents each copy after 30 copies. I will complaint Texas Dental Board for over charge copay and refused records If records is not on my hand by 26 May 2019. Again "Be aware and double check when Jessica charge your copay".

I went to Dr. Rad for a cleaning in February, and she said she found 2 cavities. I made an appointment for fillings on March 23rd, which was understandably cancelled. I started to worry about going too long before having the cavities fixed, so three weeks ago I called to see when the office would open again. The person I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and said that the office was closed indefinitely. They wouldn't even send me the xrays they took!
Turns out, they're opening next week.
I found another dentist who works with my insurance and made an appointment to have the cavities filled. When he took xrays and looked at my mouth, he said there was no decay in the teeth. So I risked my health and paid an additional co-pay to discover that I was scammed! And in addition to that, I have to have another set of full xrays because I had to go to a new dentist. There's a good chance my insurance won't cover that.

The Dr. answered all my questions. She was patient and caring. She made a very detailed explanation of exactly what she was doing. She took instant pictures and showed me. I learned a lot about my teeth.

I always thought I was getting good dental care until I came to this place. They did excellent work and it was a good experience which sounds weird since I'm talking about the dentist.... anyway, my teeth look and feel better than ever.

Horrible dentistry ever.
After one numbing injection, the dentist started grinding my tooth. It was so painful. she said you should have talked to me that you don't get numb easily. what??? how would I know that?
She kept asking somthing like I couldn't do with my gesture while she was putting her stuff in my mouth. how would I answer?? I was so uncomfortable. she seemed to mock me.
The assistant didn't treat my mouth carefully. she poked my lips with her pointed metal thing and several times her metal tools hit my teeth. I was so stressed out.
she didn't even put me a thyroid shielding when she took a x-ray. what the???
There are some good staffs in the dentistry though. I don't want them to be hurt because of the dentist and the assistant.
I'm done with the dentistry anyway.

My dental insurance is pretty good but this office Always send 2nd bill to my home after couple of months later even it was just evaluation first time in a year. The 2nd bill is more than i paid. My wife’s 2nd bill is more crazy. Really Bad experience with them. My previous dental office never sent additional bill but i changed bc there was Korean Dr.
The front desk woman is more worse. Bring your 2nd bill to the office and see what she say. You won’t be able to see she has any mind for customer service. I think one star is still too much for them.
NO recommend. There are a lot dental office not sending 2nd bill, better quality and price.
