They get 5 stars!! Because when other places turned me down, they accepted my kids insurance! They took care of my kids all around the same time on their first visit ages 13, 12 and 1. My oldest needed extra work on her teeth, went in 2 days after her first visit. They went above and beyond for my big baby! She was so nervous and had alil anxiety but the staff kept her comfortable for the hole procedure.

I was kind of nervous since my dental hygienist of 30 years retired and I’d never been to anyone else. As soon as Carah came in and greeted me she made me feel so relaxed. She was so caring. You can tell she loves her job and takes great pride in her work!

Been over a month since my dentures was supposed to be fixed the gold was way to soft and kept chipping…they said last week now this week something else….I just want my dentures back…. Every time I called no one knows nothing and send my calls to a office who doesn’t know anything and never call back….the staff great but the service really bad….my update on may 25 it’s been two months still no teeth when they called to come get them one of the gold’s was crooked and not the same color or the spot where they tried to fix it….the tooth was way to big…this company is horrible…I know I’m not the only one who have had a bad experience with this company all be getting is lies…still no teeth that I paid for….never a call back just prearranged text…

while shopping around for a dentist Arreal the receptionist helped answer all of my questions and made sure i was comfortable while scheduling my mom's appointment I was a little late getting there after transportation dropped her off and she helped her fill out all of her paperwork and made sure she was comfortable while waiting... Then she explained everything she needed done and the process that her insurance takes to getting things done. I really appreciate the time this young lady showed with my mom after losing help with the costumer service with other offices it was really refreshing meeting her... I highly recommend this office especially for the older people the staff is so friendly
