I enjoyed my visit at Smilepoint Dental. The staff is very professional and courteous. From the time you walk in, everyone is so welcoming. The dental assistant LaLa really put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Will definitely be returning and referring all my family and friends!!

Not a big fan of the dentist. Actually very scared of dental work. Hence the reason I had not been for years. A broken tooth and bad infection forced my hand. Everyone in the office was so nice. I ended up having to have my tooth extracted. I had a choice of coming back but I chose to get it over with. The pain was too much For me to wait. Dr (Sam) made sure I was very numb. Taking the time to make sure I experienced as little pain as possible. It was as good of an experience as a tooth extraction could be. Lexie and Sam were fabulous. The only reason only four stars is the wait. And although they came and apologized because something had come up. It was horrible waiting so long in that much pain. Thanks Guys!

Dr. shah is amazing! as well as LaLa && ariely! they all helped me stayed calm! as i was super nervous about all the procedures that had to be done! Dr.shah not only took he’s time to make sure everything was going good but he always made sure i was okay and clam & that nothing was causing me pain! Lala even held my hand while putting anesthesia 😄! that made me feel super comfortable!! Ariely also made sure i was fine and she was an amazing helper to Dr.shah!! I would definitely recommend to check out smilepoint dental! as they staff is so welcoming and helpful! 😊 . I would definitely be coming back!!

My insurance changed for the year so I decided to go to Smilepoint Dental because of good ratings to take my son (6yo) for a checkup. My son's appointment was at 3:30 waited an entire hour to get seen. Once inside they did xrays, and a cleaning, once the dentist came in to "have a look" he said my son needed something called a PDO, according to him he had black specs inbetween his back teeth and they were too closed together, so he was going to get treated tomorrow and that he could sedate him. This caught me by surprise considering my son always brushes his teeth, I always help and check on him when it comes to brushing, and I also saw no cavities in the x-rays. I told him what if I didn't agree to it, he then basically told me I could go see another dentist and he will need silver teeth if it gets worst, he then walks off. The nice lady at the front then comes to schedule an appointment for this procedure which would be tomorrow (way too soon). I then decided to take him to his old dentist even if it costs me since its out of network and no he didn't need any of that his teeth were perfect! This place is a rip off or just bad dentist/unprofessional. Luckly I listened to my gut! All other staff were amazing ! Just a bad dentist!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience. When I got there I was nervous and greeted by Traci. She was so kind and friendly and made me feel welcome. Then later she kept coming in the room checking on me and talking to me and it helped so much. I’ve never had a better experience. Smilepoint is the best and Traci truly cares!

Dr.Foster is so great!! The assistants (Ariely , Lala and Lexi!) are so friendly and patient! Melani and front staff are so helpful as well and explain the treatment plans and payment plans thoroughly they also explained the WHOLE process and time frames for each treatment. Highly recommend you plan your next visit here!!!!

Miranda Hood was so sweet and helped me right away. Melanie was very sweet and professional. She was able to help with my insurance and my payment. The doctor was very nice and kept reassuring me that everything was going well and I was doing great. She was also very professional. I will be back in 30 days for a crown.
