I went in to get a root canal done and 2 months later I had to get that tooth removed at a different dentist because smilepoint did not do the root canal the correct way. And when I refused to pay for the failed root canal they are sending my payment to a collections agency for services they did not provide.

Front staff is not cooperative, I got very bad experience to go there, that was my second appointment with my wife, I was 10 minutes late , the refuse me for service, it was rainy day due to traffic I was late . I think we can find much better place to get service, with respect. That day I took off from work, I request to a family friend to pick my kids from school because of my appointment. But the girl at front desk she refused me, I was very upset .
