Dr. Sam and Lala did are amazing As! This was my second visit , as stated before, everyone were professional and made me feel very comfortable. I will only give ONE star so that I can leave a review. Very displeased with this place. Four years ago, it was amazing! The dentist now is not only very impersonal, but three people were in and out of the room and we still didn’t know what was going on. After the dentist looked at his x-rays, we were told that he would have to be referred to a specialist. At 4pm, went to another dentist, and not only are they cheaper, but FAR more knowledgeable and personable with my son. We will never be back! From scheduling an appointment, to dealing with this mess today. No professionalism in the exam room. The most professional people there were the two that sit at the front desk. And, Doc, I will never let you make a decision on my son’s dental work with the fact that we literally only saw you for about ten minutes total, only to be told that YOU can’t do the procedure because it’s difficult. Why bring my son to a specialist, when I got all the answers I needed from an independent practice, that does all dental work, with the exception of EXTREME cases, in their office. And, if I were to bring my son to a specialist for a root canal, why exactly would I need to bring him back to y’all for the crown?? Can’t the specialist do that?? Money grubbing is all this office is about. I’m not cool with that! Dr. Royer needs to teach y’all a lesson.

I really enjoyed my visit, everyone was so professional and friendly. They helped me out a lot with paperwork and all. Even though I don't like dentist and their needles, but he was also kind and explain things to me where I understood it all. I look forward to continued my dental experience with them.

Melanie made me feel great and confident, when I didn’t feel like I could afford to get troubled teeth pulled. She let us know the dr was running a little behind in a very professional manner( you don’t find professionalism at most businesses these days) and that was no problem with me. She was very informative and just all around a nice lady. Once I got to the back La La was exceptional! I was terribly nervous with getting two WISDOM teeth pulled but she kept me calm. She reassured me that I would be fine. I almost felt as if my mother was standing next to me during my procedure, I was just that comfortable. Dr. Gandhi also made me feel comfortable, he talked me through most of my procedure. And also let me know what to expect before he even began my procedure. I had no doubts he would get the job done!!!
I would definitely recommend Smilepoint Dental to anyone and will be making this office my children’s primary dental office as well. ✅

Great staff and friendly service. Receptionist is always very informative and pleasant to talk to. I needed a crown for a cracked tooth, Dr. Sam and Lala the dental assistant were excellent. I was informed of what was being done and why every step of the way, they took great care to ensure I did not feel any pain and their work was top notch. Only issue I had was the wait, as they had multiple patients and I think only 1 dentist for the day. Would definitely recommend.
