My mother in law is 70 years old with copd, and diabetic. This was her very first visit with them. She had 5 teeth pulled at one time and a bone graft and had her in the chair for 4 hours, with nothing to eat. She was there by herself and not one staff member ever thought to call a family member to pick her up. Her prescription was written wrong and the pharmacy had to wait till the next day to fill it because the call out center did not call them till the following day. She was not able to make the follow up due to being heavily medicated because of the pain she was in. I found it very unprofessional of them also to not call and check on her. When I complained, the conversation was very much rehearsed.

I was amazed by my visit today with Kayla & The new Dentist. Both were so full of information and polite patient respect! I’ve visited many Dentist Office and these two make a perfect team. Then, A Very polite Financial Lady walks in with her patient ear to here my past issues. Complete satisfaction with the whole Beaumont Office.

Everyone is so kind. Traci was helpful with the paper work as I signed in. And Lala was great she comforted me during my treatment and answered all my questions!!! Dr Kataria was very patient as well.

I brought my three girls in for their 6 month checkups and cleanings. This morning Arreal, who works at the front desk, had called to confirm that my oldest son still needed to come in tomorrow. I asked her to verify my daughters' appointments. She was very nice and patient about looking up the appointments and also suggest we come in 15 minutes early. We arrived 20 minutes early and Arreal got them checked inand their paperwork ready in a timely manner. She was very friendly and made us feel as though she cared about our experience during our visit. The environment was friendly and welcoming.

🤔 where should I begin? Oh yes! The moment you arrive through the door you are truly acknowledge and spoken to. Nowadays majority of businesses fail at this miserably by leaving out this key factor. It is important for employees to reflect on how setting the tone for a customer can effect their overall experience there. Lucky me to have the pleasure to experience a great visit. In addition, was left with a great impressions of this office. By a young lady named “La Princess.” She was definitely able to calm down my anxiety and make me feel at ease for my annual teeth cleaning. Great experience. Dr. Zhang explained everything thoroughly and gave us an honest list of items with prices that were explained. We did get a discount for paying with cash. He was able to fit us in for 2 fillings, a crown, and a deep cleaning the same day as our initial exam date. The staff is so nice and the clinic itself is immaculate. Be aware that because of covid-19 you will have to wear a mask and to have your temperature checked. Great experience. They are having some issues with calls so it would be best to come into the clinic itself to get an appt. Or do it online instead.
