My jaw was hurting and I thought it had to do with my teeth, so I went to Smilepoint Dental because I had heard many good things.They took great care of me, from the moment I walked in Daniel and Maria were very kind, when I went to the back Karina was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Not to mention the Doctor was amazing, I could tell she was a perfectionist and I knew she would find out what was wrong with me. Overall my experience was AMAZING!!

Everyone here was super sweet. I waited about 2 hours as a new patient. The entire visit was 3 hrs and 10 minutes but it was worth it. The entire time I was getting my x-ray the technician asked if I was ok because I was battling an abcess tooth at the time. The only reason I have 4 stars it's because the oral surgeon doesn't accept my insurance so I have to find a separate dentist for that (I'm with Delta dental btw)... Other than that I will continue to use the office for everything else. Thanks ladies for making my experience a pleasurable one.

Daniel was very patient and nice but the Dentist rushed through my cleaning since it was closing time. She spent about a total of 5 minutes with my teeth after making me wait an hour and a half. My appointment was at 5:30 and I wasn't seen until 7:05. I was upset and called the next day and Daniel set me up for a redo

Worst dental experience ever ! Please try elsewhere. Completely unprofessional, Melanie was horrible. HORRIBLE. I needed an emergency dental visit. & she made me wait 40 mins due to an issue with insurance. I sat in my car called my insurance and fixed the issue within 10 mins. Asked her could I complete my appointment & she said no it’s too late. She was ready to go. Horrible , complete horrible experience. I never experienced such unprofessionalism .
