Great Experience! Both my wife and I were down from Northern Minnesota and hadn't had any dental care since COVID. With my wife's systemic lupus we needed to have dental staff vaccinated - entire staff is vaccinated!
Moreover, facilities were super clean, spacious, modern, and very welcoming.
Furthermore, staff was friendly, helpful and outgoing - kudos to DDS Tara Rios!
Veterans with Delta Dental, through FEDVIP, are covered.

So I'm changing my review of this since at the time I wasn't able to go due to a fault in the time that was shown on Google. After I was finally able to go I have to say the place was pretty great. The front office girls really helped me out and got me situated and within the next hour or two I was able to see a dentist and get everything checked out, and it was my first time visiting the place too, the staff there all seem like nice people and it felt like they legitimately wanted to help. Only reason why I'm not rating it a 5* is just the price. Even with their $200 yearly plan with the 15% off price to get fillings on the 4 teeth on my side would equate to over $600. It's my own fault for not having insurance and I'm not sure about other dentist's pricing, but still I'm docking a star. Regardless it's a great place and I have no problem recommending this place to a family member, a friend or even the person reading this review now. Also place has a great view.

My appointment was at 1:00 but I wasn't seen until 1:40
I think the Dental Hygienist was very fast, it only took him 15 minutes to clean my teeth.

Beware they charge a 4% if you pay with credit card. And suddenly they changed there prices the very next day when we went to get service! they gave us a print out of what we had to pay the day we went in as brand new customers. so I told them I would pay in cash the next day to avoid the 4% charge if I pay with my credit card that day .the very next day the price on the print out they gave me CHANGED!! also we asked if they took our insurance when we went in as brand new customers and they said yes and now it turns out they don't.

I had really bad irritation of my gums and I went in so they can help me out. I needed a specific type of cleaning and it happened to be the one my insurance doesn’t cover. I asked for a regular cleaning instead and they told me they couldn’t because “i’m going against medical advice.” My gums have been bleeding and are easily irritated, so i asked this dentist how can he help me or what does he suggest that I do for my gums, and the only thing he told me was “you need that specific type of cleaning”

if you’re really seeking dental medical attention, i don’t recommend coming here. Find somewhere else, where they’re not trying to drain your money and where they actually care about their patients.

We have used this practice several times because it is so close to our home. Although the setting is beautiful, the work they have performed has left both me and my husband with problems and they have acted in an unprofessional way: bone spurs, missing obvious dental issues on X-rays, different practitioners within the office offering differing diagnosis, quoting different prices, saying they would offer treatment and then claiming that they can not help us...the list goes on.

Check your insurance benefits and network status if you plan to go to this dental office. This dentist was in-network with our dental plan (I checked prior to going) and yet they were unaware of it. They checked my plan incorrectly and said they were out-of-network. I was blessed that our medical insurance covers some dental and they billed that. I was still charged over $70 for costs that are covered under our dental plan. Our dental insurance had to call them the next day to notify them they were in-network and that I should not have been billed anything. Even then the office manager, Rose, argued that they were not and told me she would look into it to verify. She called me back and was like ok we had to redo your file because it turns out we are in-network with your dental plan. I just asked her to refund me what was owed to me and that I would be going to another dentist. Although the staff is nice and the facility is clean, their lack of competence with billing/insurance benefits deterred me from continuing to go to their office. They could have avoided all this by checking my dental insurance benefits/network status correctly.

Hello my grandmother went in to get work done and the front receptionist was just amazing. To tell you that my grandmother does not like anyone (she is kind of a Karen) is the least but she was so satisfied with Samantha Solis. I will be changing to Tara Rios as well! Other staff were also friendly but Samantha made our experience welcoming and warming.
