I felt so comfortable and valued at my appointment. I also loved that I was educated about how to care for my teeth. My hygienist, Annmarie, took extra care to make sure that I could continue to take steps toward better care for myself in between my appointments, which I have not had a hygienist do before. Dr Lori Foust came in and worked with her team to continue to educate me, care for me, and make me feel comfortable. I’m 30 years old and feel like I just now really understand how to care for my teeth. I never thought I’d say it, but I look forward to my next cleaning.

Yesterday my daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth extracted. As I sat in the reception area I observed how upbeat, polite, and welcoming the ladies were with patients who were in the office and those who had called in on the phone. After my daughter had her procedure the actual dentist came out and invited me back to discuss aftercare and how it went. It was not a tech or assistant who came to get me which I thought was a great touch . It made me feel like my daughter was not just a number , she was important and treated as such. The dentist himself helped her into a wheelchair with help from his assistant. I went to pay as they took her out . The Sweet assistant came back in and let me know that the car on my passenger side was too close to get her in the car without being squeezed in and chancing a bump to each car. She let me know that I could finish with the checking out and then I could move my car and come up to the front door where they had a handicap area to get her loaded up.Once again, to my pleasant surprise , it was the dentist himself who stayed outside with with her until I got out there and moved my car to free up the door for her. I expected for my daughter to be swollen and in pain this morning , it was the exact opposite. She was in such good condition with little to none swelling at all. The only place there was a minimum of swelling was on the bottom left jawline which the doctor had already told me that it was more difficult and she may be in more pain in that area. So, the whole experience was so easy and comfortable that I think everyone should try this office if you’re looking for a new dentist. Most people hate going to the dentist but I think it will be a lot less filled with dread if this is where you will go and this staff and dentist is who you are being treated and worked with.

Nicole at the front desk was very sincere and kind. The place was very nicely decorated and up-to-date modern. The office room had a large TV in front of the chair and the staff were pleasant and communicated well. It is great to have genuine friendly people welcome you.

They answered their phone professionally and quickly, even though we called end-of day. They got us in for an emergency appointment super fast as a new patient which was great and there was little wait from the time I entered to when I got in the chair. Although the doctor was busy, she stopped in to let me know she’d be back.

They took x-rays very quickly, although the device was a little bit more uncomfortable than I’m used to. (The part that blocks your tongue was hard, where my other doctor in another state would use a panoramic machine or more flexible/rounded tongue-blockers). My other dentist would have see-through X-ray copies and never showed me much where at ‘Alsbury dental too!’ it automatically loaded in the computer bigger to see and the doctor took time showing me each one which was cool.

The hygienist depth-checking my gums hurt a bit since they were sensitive, although its needed for the exam. But I was grateful that she told the doctor it was sensitive so when they had to do more, she was gentle.

This location is an extension of the Albury Dental, and seems they share many things, so check out their reviews for more info since this one doesn’t have many reviews yet.

One thing could be improved, their website menu on mobile (iphone 11) had some weird bug that it couldnt click easy and had text overlap, but we didnt need it.

Be aware that its not too “private”. The walls are almost like “half-walls”. It keeps the space seeming big and open. Although you cant see in the other rooms, you can hear everything. Fine by me but maybe other people are conscious of it. It allowed easy communication between the staff.

They sent a text to my phone with the appointment and the forms needed to fill out. Then another text before my appointment for easy checkin.

It was odd when I asked about pricing, I wasn’t really given any numbers before hand. I inquired because we were paying out of pocket and wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be too much. I didn’t push the issue but at the end we got the amount for the exam and X-rays which I thought was very reasonable, although a cost breakdown of what things run would have been nice.

Sounds like they might be opening a third location soon. Wish them the best of luck!

I had bad experiences as a teen with orthodontist and dentist so consequently I hated going to the dentist. Dr Grant was so caring and gentle it was amazing. The office staff all friendly and reassuring. My first visit was the best dental appointment ever and I had a wisdom tooth extraction with no pain. Dr Grant laid out a plan for me in order of importance so I won't be financially impacted all at once. I will be a patient for life.

Great place! I have always felt so uncomfortable at the dentist and this place is great! Makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. They actually listen to your needs and wants instead of what they want.

I went for an estimate for extensive work on my teeth. At checkout, the receptionist was rude and rushing me. She kept looking at her watch and looked frustrated with all my questions. I went ahead and still made an appointment for 10/25. I wasn't sure if I was going to keep it so I canceled with their automated text reminder system. I never got a confirmation of my cancelation so I decided to confirm yesterday with the automated system and show up to my appointment. Today when I called to confirm for tomorrow, the receptionist was very rude. She again rushed the phone call, said they can't see me, I told her I'll just go somewhere else and she said ok have a good day, bye!

As a healthcare provider myself, I can be quite particular about those I choose to provide my own services. I am so glad that I met Dr Lori Foust and her team. Everyone at the office was so welcoming and professional. It’s such a relief to be able to get outstanding care right here in Burleson. You will definitely find me here every 6 months like clockwork!
