Doctor and assistant who took me back were great. Spoke kindly and very informative. Didn’t feel welcomed by the group of workers at the front desk. Several were very snippy. Overheard them almost getting on to a patient loudly asking where mom was the second he walked in because he was stuttering over his words when trying to check in. Which ended in them laughing at him. Also would be nice to have a sit down section apart of the office to go over surgery plans and financials. I felt rushed standing at the front desk with all to hear.

I absolutely recommend using Monarch Dental & Orthodontist. The entire staff , is amazing. I have multiple procedures with them and not once was there any pain during or after my procedures. I broke my tooth they set me an appointment right away however I was unable to make that appointment they were able to still get me the same week. Most dental place would have made me wait weeks. Thank you Dr. Murry and all of the amazing staff.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, from start to finish everything was very much pleasant. I had my tooth drilled and filled and didn't feel a thing the entire time. Very professional and very courteous, I highly recommend them for Dentistry.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rodriguez at Monarch for a few years now! He is an amazing dentist and always does an exceptional job. He explains the procedures very well and definitely feel well taken care of. Office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. You bet I will continue to keep coming!

Everyone was real nice especially my hygienist she was really great they had problems verifying my insurance but they got it fixed and were very professional I’m glad I go to monarch I’ve had problems with other dentist offices not having good customer service but ever since I have been here I’ve no problems monarch is great!!

I recently changed pcd's, and it's one of the best decisions I've made in choosing Monarch. The staff, dentist, and hygienist who worked with me took time to explain the issues I needed to take care of. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in life. I was actually nervous going in because where I'd been previously. The former took no time in education for me, it was very rushed and i had additional problems after going there.
Choosing to go to Monarch Dental is a choice I'm proud i made. The people there are remarkable and made me feel right at home. I'll be staying here long-term 😊
