I don't even know where to start. Thought I would try Mint since you see them everywhere and they have good reviews. But upon reading some of these comments, it appears that people were asked to leave 5 star reviews for teeth whitening.... It took 3 days to get my insurance verified. Even after I sent a photocopy of it, and back and forth, I still had to call and get the number corrected.
Then I go in for my appointment, get x rays done and explained I was having issues with a crown. The girl proceeds to basically argue with me asking if I'm sure I have a crown. She actually said "I'll have to confirm with the dentist". Huh?!!!!
Then another girl told me my insurance didn't cover a particular procedure when I knew it did. Turned out I just used the benefit already and needed to wait it out to get coverage again. These people were so condescending. I will never go there again and would never suggest this place to anyone.
Horrible customer service and even when they "tried" to be nice it seemed forced.
Please don't offer any generic apologies....

Been going to Mint for years! My teeth are healthy and beautiful! They have great customer service which I’m a stickler about and the added whitening gel is a bonus that they offer! Plus I love how cute and clean their office is.

We were literally 1 minute late and they turned us away. And there is absolutely nobody here!!! No wonder they have so many appointments available!! I’ve been in healthcare administration for over 20 years and we’d never turn a patient away for being 1 minute late!!!

The receptionist was exceptionally RUDE!! Not to mention, their texts have poor spelling and grammar, that’s embarrassing for any professional company. They said that this was a “new policy”. Well, they just lost our family’s business, and not just dental, but orthodontics too. Pathetic excuse for a dentist office. Don’t waste your time or money. It should have been a huge red flag to me when they had so much availability…

I loved The whole experience! I the fact I can have my own atmosphere and not be stuck with whatever program on tv or radio station someone else choses is high on my list. I also loved the heated and massage option on my chair. Customer service was great and I also very much appreciated the no pressure tone. Oh and plus you get free whitening to boot?! Would highly recommend..

I had hopes but was very disappointed; I was given a treatment plan with payment options. Then when coming in for my appointment, I was told I was misquoted, and even though I had it in writing, they wouldn't honor it. They were supposed to schedule a replacement crown and a night guard appointment. They only scheduled the first crown appointment and said they would do the fitting for the night guard when my final crown came in. Well, they forget to schedule it then too. Very rough assistant with zero care about sensitivity. Then during the removal of an old broken crown, all the dentist and the assistant did was bad mouth the previous dentist, the crown, and talk about what they eat. Then when the final crown came in, they asked how it felt when I told them the assistant was snappy and said well, do you not want us to glue it in. I was simply explaining what I felt. I have had we'll over $20,000 in dental work so needless to stay I have experience in a dental chair, and this was not the pleasant experience they advertise.

I was on time to my appointment and was Yemen back at 1:00 on which was the time of my appointment. The lady didn’t say much of anything to me then put numbing gel in my mouth and left the room. Another person came in and also didn’t say very much and did the numbing shots. After that I say in a room by myself for an hour and a half, no one said anything to me in this time. Once the doctor came in the assistant also didn’t say much to me and started putting the piece in my mouth to keep it open. They worked on the left side as I held back tears because of this terrible experience and I couldn’t say anything because my mouth was numb. They went to work on the right side and the numbing had already wore off so they had to numb me again and wait another thirty minutes. While I sat in the room and cried. The whole time while working on me they had their hands resting on my eyes hurting them. I now have a huge cut inside my mouth because of then resting their hands on my lips causing my teeth to cut my mouth. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will never be back to a Mint Dentistry again.

I had a great experience at Mint, plan to return and would recommend to others.

The online process of making an appointment was simple and you could fill out and sign some paperwork before coming in. All of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming.

I waited no more than 5 minutes before being called back. I was surprised I was the only patient that I could see on a Monday afternoon however it sounded like a few others arrived minutes later. Xrays and photos were simple. While waiting you can choose between Netflix and pandora. I chose to watch Friends- always a classic! The chair also is massaging, however I chose not to use that. I had one filling that needed to be removed and replaced which I was able to do right then. The front desk assistant brought the paperwork and cost for the whole appointment. With my insurance it was only $68 and I felt comfortable paying that.

The procedure for the filling was very quick one the numbing was done. I began to feel lightheaded after being numbed and luckily one of the staff was nearby and was extremely helpful in providing water and talking with me which made me feel better.

Once that was done the hygienist came in for the cleaning which was quick and easy as well.

I received a small bag of items including a toothbrush, 2 travel size toothpastes, a huge Mint whitening toothpaste, floss and some lipstick. Overall I was happy with my visit. It was no more than 2 hours long for everything. The next day I received a call making sure everything was still good. I plan to come back next time for my routine cleaning.

I made my appointment to get my teeth cleaned, take care of a cavity and redo a filling. These are things I know I needed done based on my last visit to the dentist, another MINT location, earlier this year. When I got there I got my x ray and then my exam from the dentist. Then the woman at the front desk came to discuss my treatment plan and pricing with me. She told me that my appointment was only made for teeth cleaning with the dental huge, that there was no time on either dentist’s schedule to take care of me that day. I asked her why my appointment wasn’t scheduled with enough time to take care of what I said I needed when I set my appointment. She was rude and disregarded my disappointment completely. I let her know after her disregard for my own needs are requests as a patient there that I would be going somewhere else for my dental care. I got up and walked out. I wish I had gotten her name because she was awful.
