Perla Dental

I must say that Perla Dental in Burleson deserves more than 4 stars. I showed up about 25 minutes early, filled out new patient paperwork and only had to wait a few minutes after I'd turned that in before being taken to the back for x-rays. Not only did I get x-rays on my first trip, I had my teeth cleaned "and" had a filling put in! Doc, Emily, Erica, and the front office staff, you're awesome. Thanks for such a great first impression. I've already bragged about this "dental visit" to others which is definitely a first for me.

First off the manager is amazing and the front desk was very polite. I also loved how Dr. Kirk explained my treatment to me in a way I understood. Overall love this place.

I showed up at my appointment and they take me back for x-rays. I sit back there for an hour after x-rays while they take care of other patients. They finally come in and this appointment was made due to pain so I told them it was probably a cavity. The dentist comes in and they can't find my x-rays. They finally found them under another patient's name!!! He looks over my teeth and says yes you need a filling but we don't have time today. We don't have time for a cleaning either. So I paid $50 copay for x-rays and a waste of my time. Went for tooth pain and you tell me after waiting an hour for you to finish up other patients you don't have time to deal with what the appointment was made for. Total lack of professionalism. Save your time and money. This place is a complete joke.

I have been a patient at this location since Oct 2018. The first year the specific dentist I saw was not listed as one of my Network Dentist when the office itself is listed which used up all my dental coverage as out of network. I have been seen by a different Dr almost every visit, and this last visit today for an extraction I was told he would not extract because I hadn't and could not provide lab results that I didn't know were gonna be needed. If you wish to have the same Dr or even the same reception staff I do not recommend this place. I have already made an appt with another dentist office and will not be returning to Perla Dental. Nor will I be referring anyone to them.

Great front office and dental staff! Dr. Kazi does a great job as does Alisa. They communicate the process of all the procedures they are going to perform in great detail and what the end result will be.

I have sat in that office and listened to patient after patient go in and be completely intolerable and yet they handle them professionally. Who makes an appointment , gets x-rays and consultation on dental needs and leaves claiming that they have to be at work in 4 hours!?! Why even bother!?!

I have heard their gentle ways of handling children. I have never been in when a child has been crying or screaming in pain.

I have had several procedures there and not once did the Dr. pull out the wrong tooth, half tooth or whatever. I also make sure that I ask questions when I need further explanation and I educate myself about what to expect from my dental procedures. I think some patients go in for a quick fix and don't understand the process of dental work. One doesn't get a cavity overnight, so take time to find out what to expect during your visit to the dentist that way you will know if it sounds right to you.

Thank you Perla Dental for great service and follow up plans! I will continue to use this office and Dr. for my dental needs.

Lied to me about what I needed done and then had the audacity to try and cover it up... Poor Management Mistreatment of office workers..... Making unqualified workers do things that is illegal... I've spoken to many other offices and they have also recommended me to stay away from that place. Will be reporting to the tsbde.texas.gov..... Strongly advise to stay away from this place... Will not stop till its closed... Lawyer has already been notified

Staff was amazing!! They guided through the hole process of getting a root canal and crown and super affordable.

Less than professional dental hygienist. We waited over 30mins to get called back. Only two friendly employees there. After waiting 30mins, waited another 30min in the room before the dentist came.The dentist had to go look for the assistant and the dental assistant was not friendly. No one acknowledged our time. Needless to say that we were there for over an hour thirty minutes.. I will not recommend this place. Looking for another dentist.

First off I am so afraid of dentists and it takes a lot for me to even schedule an appointment! I had brought my daughter to Perla Dental in Burleson for 2 root canals...Dr. Waylia so extremely amazing...her staff... Ms. Jessica and Ms. Maribel also were very kind and caring...my daughters anxiety was rather high and they all took there time with her and made her very comfortable! Even myself...they calmed me down and were all very caring! If you ever have any reservations about going to the dentist then go see Dr. Waylia...she and her staff truly care about their patients!

The front desk receptionist are THE best! Very understanding, helpful and just great all around. My first experience was amazing, very nervous to get my fillings and the receptionist came into the room & held my hand the whole time. The dental assistant let play music and the dentist herself was very gentle.
