Swish Dental Cedar Park

I genuinely enjoy the level of technology they use, it did seem like the tech may not have had enough experience using the technology to get a great scan of my teeth. Any time I go anywhere medical or dental I always want to at least be aware of what is happening next and so forth. Checking in with patients more could be helpful. And when I did the initial x-ray it’s very open and there is not as much privacy as I would have liked. The tech was super sweet. The hygienist is where it is at, if you want your teeth cleaned, she will go at it and not hold back, but let me tell you I have NEVER had such a good teeth cleaning in my life. My teeth literally looked brand new. Only thing is that dentist gave me about 5 minutes if her time, she seemed super busy so I don’t blame her. Times are tough with staffing so I get it. Just would have appreciated a more individual experience.

This location is very different from the South location where I used to go. They didn’t take that long to call me when I did the check-in. The nurse that saw me explained what would be the steps during my visit and even asked if there was any additional concern I would like to mention to the Dr., which I also explained.

However, I feel like she could be more gentile while using the little device to take the X-ray. That thing is very uncomfortable on some spots and it really made very difficult for me to hold for a long time. But she didn’t seem to concern about it and kept going. The other thing that I would mention is that, she could mention during the procedure, what was she doing and instruct me on how to let her know that something was hurting me or was uncomfortable. I had to find my own ways to let her know that at some moments I was having a little bit more pain. So for sure, there was some lack of communication during my procedure.

I thought she would inform the Dr. the concerns she initially asked, but no; I had to repeat them again.

Other than that my visit was good. People in general are very friendly and it was a quick visit as well. The procedure itself was about 35-40 min.

I just recently found Swish, out of the blue when I was driving home, I needed a new dentist too and was having terrible mouth pains. I was hoping they’d have availability soon since my teeth were hurting and I got an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY. It was easy filling out paperwork, very easy overall exam and the SAME DAY, they got two of my procedures done!! They are so professional, nice, and comforting especially if you don’t like going to the dentist in general. Lol I’ve been recommending this place and will continue to!

I was overly impressed with my visit to swish dental. I have avoided the dentist for way too long because of bad experiences and I wish I had come here sooner. Truly, they were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. My visit was thorough and educating and for the first time I felt like I was in control of my dental appointment. I will be referring everyone I know.

Literally the best dentist appointment I have ever had. Front desk was pleasant. The staff was so nice and shout out to Beth for being so kind and knowledgable. She really took her time and got excited when i had questions. My doctor was quick, efficient, super nice as well. The payment gal(i dont know her name) was so sweet and hooked me up with a pretty nice electric tooth brush which was such a nice surprise i wasn’t expecting. She was patient while explaining payment options. I was a little confused and overwhelmed and she made me feel heard. Def coming back and telling all my people about this office.

This is a great dental office. They use the latest technology- I loved the non-invasive wand to scan my teeth for digital imaging. They were very careful with the teeth cleaning. I would highly recommend coming here.

The Swish team made me feel comfortable at every visit. My prior dentist retired and after a couple of years of looking for a new dentist, my search is over. I found someone at Swish I can rely on again for my dental care.

Excellent Check In, professional front office, techs and dentist. Absolutely top of the line cutting edge technology but with human caring. Up front information and options - no high pressure or sales tactics. You get the feeling they are truly looking out for you. 5:5

I was very nervous going to a new dentist after a break for health reasons. This office was so kind, so informative, and I trust everything they said as a second opinion. I look forward to using my new dentist for years to come.

Charging me non pdp plus rates but they confirmed themselves as pdp providers. Called multiple times, even sent the insurance details document. Still no response. Will leave this review here until I get a satisfactory response
