Ross Ave family dentistry was an excellent experience.I have 5kids so time is always a factor,they got us in and out so efficiently.I was able to watch a great movie as I waited for my kiddos.Thnx guys we'll definitely be coming back ✨✨✨✨✨🥳

Went to my appointment Saturday 01/28 since I had a friend that previously worked there but had quit the week prior. Showed up they did my initial work up with front staff that was VERY NICE/HELPFUL and then went to sit in room for the doctor to show up. When the doctor showed up she automatically sounded very rude but I brushed it off thinking she was just a tough doctor. My visit was to get my 6month cleaning and remove Invisalign buttons. When checking my teeth she proceeds to tell me “We don’t normally do this (referring to removal of buttons) just cause your (my friends name) friend doesn’t mean we’re gonna do it but out of curtesy and “respect” to her we looked into it”. After saying that I was very confused not knowing it would be an issue to come in for the procedure so I tell her that if she does not feel comfortable taking them off she does not have too, she then tells me “we’ll see”. After that the dentist assistant starts going over cost, so I end up telling them I will only get the cleaning. Once I mention that the dentist says “ok we’ll start your cleaning now” I don’t say anything after that since I had already acknowledged I was just gonna go ahead with the cleaning. Then she proceeds to ask me “so do you want the cleaning?” After that I told her no since I had just agreed 30 seconds prior and she was still asking me as if she didn’t want to do it or throwing more “fire in the flame”. Then I signed the documentation needed to leave. This doctor has a bad attitude and obviously some animosity towards my friend that quit to better fit her schedule for her daughter. She is very unprofessional and I will not be returning. Took out her anger on a patient for her own selfish feelings. Making it seem as if I wanted something free when I had insurance.
Side note: I wanted to remove my Invisalign since my teeth were getting too sensitive and loose, which I expressed to her. Not just cause I thought I had an “in” since my friend worked there.

Thank you for an excellent service! I made an appointment for my mother and you were very helpful to identify her insurance coverage, were able to see her on the same day that I made the appointment! Not to mention that my mother was very happy with the service and result! She felt like a model and an actress showing her beautiful smile to the world after the appointment. Dr. Liu is very professional, kind, and genuinely cares for her patients. She was knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on with my procedures and made sure I was comfortable. Her staff are extremely kind and wonderful people and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
