Came here to get my cleaning done with Jonathan he was my hygienist and was detail oriented. He made sure I was comfortable and offered a warm/cold neck pillow. My teeth feel clean! Dr.Liu took care of me after my cleaning told me what I needed done & answered all my questions I’ll definitely be back !

About 2 years ago, I had dental work done here. All was well until my last dental cleaning at another dentist. They found a very serious infection in the root bed of my tooth due to dental equipment left behind from White Dental Spa. After seeing a specialist and having extensive work done, the dental equipment left behind in my tooth was extracted and the infection is healing. After more cost and time invested into my dental health due to White Dental Spa’s mistakes, I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

I’ve gone here twice in the past year and it was pleasant! It’s very clean and pristine. The dentist did both the cleaning and examination simultaneously which was something I’d never had before.
This past time was not as great as the techs/hygienists had to take my X-rays over 10+ times because the portable X-ray seemed to not be working. They also had two people trying (which I assume was someone being trained and that comes with a learning curve so no fault there)! However, biting down on the slip is already uncomfortable as is, so imagine doing that 5+ times on each side. I hope this can be remedied for future patients! Thanks!

Dr. Sara is awesome! Really enjoy her and had a great experience with the ICON resin treatment. They also just added a TV to the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want while you get your teeth worked on. Big plus!

Three times in three months, this dental spa cancelled appointments with me and my family member at the last minute. Two of those involved a last-minute bait and switch to try to get us to use a different dentist than the one we had wanted to build a relationship with. Here's a clue: if the dentist truly is not in the spa that day, let the customer know that more than 30 minutes before their appointment.
Will be going elsewhere due to the unprofessional experience we had here.

Exceptional, professional care from Dr. Chen and the staff. Her dental work was superb. I experienced no pain after the two fillings. She took great care to make sure that I was comfortable and felt no pain during the procedure. She proposed a conservative treatment plan, starting with only one filling and adding a second when it became clear that it was needed. She built a high degree of trust through her transparency, competence, thoroughness, and professionalism.
The clinic was clean, well-lit, and relaxing. The equipment was modern. The staff was transparent in giving estimates upfront about the cost of the procedures. They were kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule at the last minute.
I would recommend Dr. Chen and White Dental Spa to family and friends without hesitation.

I’m so glad I found this office. The staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Catherine she was so sweet and professional. She greeted me right when I walked in. My husband and I were in and out, didn’t feel like those long dental visits people dread going to. Also Dr. Jeong was Amazing.
