I recently switched dentists due to bad experiences. Overall, all the staff that I engaged with were very helpful and very pleasant. April was amazing and so friendly. She made me feel more comfortable after talking to her. Dr. Darancau was efficient and explained information in detail while visually showing me my X-rays. Communication with patients is key. They did a great job.

Let me start with this, they are honest, professional and respectful of your time. I work for the railroad, and my schedule is unpredictable from one minute to the next. They accommodate any difficulties in scheduling best as possible.
I had cavities filled and so far so good!!
Also had a crown placed on a tooth and it is a perfect fit/color! Unfortunately I had to have a root canal on that tooth because my tooth wouldn’t desensitize but that is just bad luck.
I also had my wisdom teeth removed and with how difficult they were, they did the best they could to make me comfortable. All in all this is the best dentist I have had so far, most of them just sell sell sell, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. The oral hygienists are !!rockin!! My teeth never felt cleaner/looked cleaner.

El Paso Modern Dentistry is a great place- I really, really get anxiety when needing anything with my teeth, but I was in so much pain that I had to bite the bullet and find help- I was in so much pain when I got to the office. The office staff is so nice and accommodating, the dental hygienist was very gentle- and the dentist was great, I’m sure he could tell I was nervous and he put my mind at ease. After he did his exam and looked at X-rays he decided I needed to go to a specialist for a root canal- he had his staff find a dr for me to go to THAT day.
I came back to get a crown put on that tooth. I would continue my care except Im moving to Florida.

Here is what I call "Precision" service. With most of my crowns having been replaced by Dr. Darancou, his work is exceptional. His attention to detail is remarkable. His care in administering anesthetic is sensitive on his part. I believe he can sense what I'm feeling during the injection procedure. The measuring then designing the crown is precise. The assistant who places the new crown and performs the fitting, is very careful to position it so it is comfortable and looks and feels natural to me.
