Greatest dentist experience yet. Everybody there is great. Melissa at the front desk was so amazing and helped me schedule an appointment in such short notice I definitely owe her a huge thank you. Donna was great & helped me out a whole lot and made all the paper work an easy & smooth transition. Dani the Dental assistant helped me out through the whole surgery process and was always asking me if I was okay and made sure I was doing fine. Coming from someone who deals with a lot of anxiety she definitely made me feel comfortable the whole time and made all my anxiety go away & was always reassuring me that it was going good and everything was okay. so that really meant a lot. Dr. Perkins was so great, from the start I could tell he was determined to help me, he was great at explaining everything about my situation to me and when we started the surgery I could tell he is a master of his craft. He is so skilled and looking forward to seeing the end result, I know I’m in great hands. Everybody at Westside Dentistry is amazing, highly recommend

Very poor business practices. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. I came here with a positive attitude IGNORING the bad reviews. BIG MISTAKE. The staff is very rude. These people will try and rip you off from every penny they can. I went for a simple cleaning and the dentist suggested for me to get my wisdom teeth removed. I DO NOT HAVE pain in them, other dentists have even told me they are in great shape. I have gone to 2 other dentists and they never recommended such thing. When I asked what was the reason she “recommended” for me to get my wisdom teeth removed, she said “To prevent future complications”. From that moment I knew everything would go downhill as that already sounds like a way to make more money. They denied to perform a cleaning because they wanted to do a DEEP CLEANING. Deep cleaning = Deep Pockets. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! There was no procedure done and guess what? NO REFUND. Complete ripoff. I am sure in the future their rating will start to decrease little by little. Do not be fooled by the overall rating. This is not the way to conduct a business.

The worst, most horrible, and traumatic experience. Office staff repeatedly gaslighted and dismissed my complaints of pain and discomfort for four months after a simple cavity filling and then waited until the very last minute to tell me I needed emergency root canal. I was charged thousands of dollars and suffered immense pain and couldn't go to work for weeks. The office
and dentist refused to take any responsibility. I'm considering legal action against them for malpractice.

I was a patient of Dr. Kimball's office for about three years. About a year ago in April, I had a cavity filled by Dr. Kimball and experienced pain and sensitivity there. When I told the staff about my discomfort, I was told that it was normal and will go away in a few months. Two months passed and I went in for routine cleaning and told the hygienist and dentist again about how the filling was still bothering me. Again, I was dismissed and told to purchase toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I did as I was told and experiencing extreme discomfort, I finally went back in August on a Friday to ask the dentist to take a look. He again assured me that everything is fine and maybe the filling needed to be filed down to get a better bite. He filled the filling in the tooth and sent me home. Over that weekend, I experienced excruciating pain, 10/10 on the pain scale but because the office was closed, I had to wait until Monday to go back. First thing, Monday morning I went to his office and was told that I needed an emergency root canal and that the pulp is now necrotic.

No professional ethics, no responsibility, no empathy for patient pain. They may seem fine on the surface for regular visits, but if you need any work done, I would recommend Connor Family Dentistry, just a minute away.

Definitely the best dental experience! I had a mouthfull of old crowns replaced, the result after Dr. Perkins, & many great Dental Assistants Terah, Christine, & Dani completed what I consider a completely new smile! Melissa, in the office helped me get a wonderful payment plan that made my beautiful smile financially possible. My teeth are perfect now and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

This is such an unethical and money gouging place. I had the most expensive cleaning I’ve ever had. I waited for an hour before they told me they were waiting for approval from my insurance. They asked me if I could pay $50 up front for x rays and when my insurance was approved they would reimburse the money or cancel the transaction. I know my insurance covers 100% X-rays and cleanings, so I was not worried and I took them at their word. What a mistake! They explained to me that I needed a “periodontal deep cleaning” under my gums. I had no cavities. I do not need crowns or caps, my teeth are fine. I was worried because I’m in the middle of cancer treatment and I was afraid that it would adversely affect my teeth. I wanted to be proactive. I told them this, which made me a vulnerable target, I’m sure. The deep cleaning would be about $875 (with a discount), but they were still waiting to hear from my insurance. I told them my insurance pays 100% cleaning. They told me that if I paid up front they would reimburse my card when the insurance went through. So, again I took them at their word and went ahead with the cleaning. The next day was a totally different story. Apparently, the dentist was out of my network ( I thought I was going to see Dr. Kimball, but I saw a man named Dr. Perkins for about 5 min. They weren’t forthcoming with that information either.) They also told me that they wouldn’t reimburse my card. I would need to call my dental insurance and they would send me a check. I’ve never had to do that before. My very good dental insurance deemed their “procedure” as unnecessary and would only pay 20%. They didn’t even bother to make the claim for the X-rays, so that I could be reimbursed for the $50. I only went for a cleaning! As if I didn’t have enough bills with my cancer treatment also! How horrible of them!

From start to finish everything went very well. I went through X-rays, options then several trips, starting with teeth being removed, bone grafts stitches and fitting of temporary dentures. Over the next few months I returned to have modifications done on the dentures. In another month I will go in for final adjustments and measurements for the final implants, and finally will go back for my final implants. All in all it will be about 5-6 months from start to finish. All in all the dentist and his staff were very helpful, I made several unscheduled trips to make adjustments to my temporaries, and was seen almost immediately on each occasion. I have been totally satisfied with all the procedures and the staff.
I had to go back to replace my implant retainers, I got an appointment for the following morning. I was taken in immediately, removed my implant and the technician replaced the retainers, that replacement improved the fit immensely. It’s been two weeks and there is no slippage and no other movement. I’m very satisfied with all the help and response from the entire team.
