Excellent experience here! The staff were wonderful- the tech and the hygenist sat down and explained everything to me and took the time to answer my questions. The dentist was awesome- very friendly and easy to talk to and also explained everything to me in detail. I was called back quickly after arriving. Would definitely recommend!

Very good experience, even with an extraction. Eruca was very accommodating with appointment schedule.

Very professional and clean office, overall 5 star experience.
With a busy work schedule, I appreciate that they got me into a chair and started with my exam and cleaning promptly at the time of my appointment.
The team of dental hygienists, particularly Enrique, are excellent!
They are very thorough in their cleaning and methodical with their work - it's the same wonderful experience every time.
Finally, Dr. Chun is a very experienced dentist and clinician. I highly recommend his services.

This dental office is absolutely horrible. I recently moved from a different state with my husband and I am a dental assistant. I reached out to a company affiliated with this dental office and they greatly set up a working interview with me in this office. I was so grateful and excited to be starting my career super quick but also in a good working environment...so I thought. When I arrived for my working interview I showed up in scrubs of course but also arrived almost half an hour earlier. My reason in doing so I wanted to familiarize myself with where all the material was and ask the assistants how the doctor like things to be handed and make sure I got a general idea of where everything was in my working area and also take a look at the schedule to see exactly what procedures we were doing. I walked through the door and was greeted nicely and then was told to take a seat and I would be called back shortly.....I waited past my time that I was suppose to arrive. But nevertheless I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting. I was finally called back and I had no time to look at my surroundings and I was immediately told about the next procedure and that I was working with a specific doctor. While the assistant talk to me about the upcoming procedure I took a good look at her and the other assistants and I noticed...they were all wearing t-shirts and jeans...the only people other than myself wearing scrubs where the doctor and hygienists. I’m going to leave names out of this review only for the fact I’m sure they won’t be happy of me posting this in the first place. Continuing on I was not instructed on how the doctor liked things to be handed to him and I was just told to go and retrieve the patient. I brought the patient back and we began working, there was barely any communication between me and the doctor and without saying much I would try to hand over what I thought he would need next and he would just start grabbing things on his own. I found that to be very rude of him, I was here to help and he wouldn’t even speak to me. Then maybe an hour and a half into my working interview the doctor I worked with left for the day and I was then placed with a different doctor and again was not instructed on how he liked to work. I also manage to find some time to look around the sterilization area where they would clean their instruments. Let me just say I have never been so disgusted in my life. Of course dirty Instruments would look dirty because they were just previous used, but I had never seen dirty instruments that were supposedly clean......I didn’t even want to continue working after seeing that. I took it upon myself to vigorously scrub the instruments I would be done using and take off as much built up material and dirtiness I could until I felt they were clean enough to be ran through the sterilizing machine. As the day went on I was only suppose to work until a certain time and I worked pretty much until closing, I was then handed a sheet of paper that wanted me to state my full name, date of birth, and also what I wanted to be paid for my time in that office. I had spoke to the manager and said well from where I came from I know I was getting paid more so I’ll put down that amount, you can give me a call tomorrow and we can discuss the actual amount I will be getting paid. With that she agreed. I then proceeded on my way home. It is now 7 months later and I have never received a call nor a text not even an email about the time I worked there, if I was going to the job or not or even if I was going to get paid. I called a month after I had the interview and stated I never received anything and that I would like to speak to a manager about my concerns and I was told a manger was not around. They would return my call, never happened. I do not recommend anyone ever going to this office they do not clean there instruments properly and have awful customer service.

For my first time being here I loved it and I will tell all the people about this office I loved it they treated me real real good okay no problem

I finally got the courage to make an appointment with this new office after not seeing a dentist in 6.5 years. I'M GLAD I DID. I have never felt so comfortable sitting in ANY doctor's office before. Dr. Chun's friendly staff aren't there to pry your mouth open and take your money. They're there to make a difference and make you feel comfortable.

They have computers for convenience and television in the waiting room as well as a kids' little area. Everything is VERY clean and organized.

I highly recommend Dr. Chun. His staff is great. They always explain anything and everything they do before proceeding. I must say that I've gone more than 3 times in the matter of two weeks do get things done and instead of dreading the appointment, I actually look forward to seeing smiling faces.

The staff, assistants, and dentist are very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. This was my first time coming here and loved it. I was very nervous since I hadn't seen a dentist in a very long time but glad I chose this office.

All I can say is that this has been BY far the best experience I HAVE EVER HAD at a dental office. As soon as I walked in the office the cleanlyness and modern decore made it very welcoming and the young lady at the front desk was very helpfull. the dental assistants were very informative not to mention the room was very clean and sanitized. DR. Chun was great !! he thoroughly explained the treatment plan and didn't rush in and out of the room. I'm glad I Found this clinic I allready have appointment for my kids. i AAA++++++++
