I'm BEYOND happy with the service I received today from Dr. Ramirez and his amazing staff! Starting from when I walked through the door and greeted by super sweet Lorena, (Receptionist) followed by Javier (x-ray technician), then Diana, (Dental Hygienist). Everyone was exceptionally professional and attentive! Dr. Ramirez took his time to sit with me and talk to me of work I needed to be done. I was surprised by the state of the art equipment they have, especially after switching from my previous Dentist of 30 years. Seeing all this new technology blew me away!!! Diana gave me THE BEST teeth cleaning EVER! I'm soooo happy I switched doctors and I highly recommend Dr. Ricardo Ramirez! You will not regret it!

Was a patient here. I am no longer. Went in complaing of pain after having crowns put in. Dentist checked and did a quick 5 min exam and informed me I had to go back to the root canal Dentist and would not be charged for the check up. This was April 2022. January 2023 I was informed they charged my insurance and they did not pay. So now I have to pay. If you are ever told you won't be charged call your insurance and make sure they did not charge them. This will effect your benefits. Good luck.

Great service, they are always so helpful and genuine. They truly take care of thier patients and do thier best to give the patients all the options they need. I came in today for an exam that I was concerned about a tooth and they were amazing to provide same day treatment so I wouldn't have to miss work again. The dental assistant Javier was very kind and informative. I have never complained about anyone here and I've been coming here for 4 years now. It's great to know they have staff like Javier here🙂.I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez and his office staff. I had to have a lot of dental work done and from day 1 they made me feel at ease. I had a lot of questions and they answered them patiently and with knowledge. I love that I don’t have to wait forever to get in. The most I have waited is 5 minutes. I recommend this office to anyone who Is scarred of dentists because Dr. Ramirez is gentle and will make you feel comfortable as possible! Kuddos and 2 thumbs up!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I had just visited my Doctor,as I was walking out I noticed the dental office, I have been looking for a dentist. I walked in , the place is absolutely beautiful the staff is amazing, great customer service. My insurance was check to see if they took it. I am so thankful they did. My experience just got better. Its always a bit frightening to visit dentists, well not here. I was taken back for X-rays and was amazed by the High tech instruments and devices at hand. Wow!!! The detail service and explanation of it all is definitely 5 star. I highly recommend this all encompassing dental office.Great pricing too. Dr.Ramirez is factual and very clear on the examination. I appreciate real. I had a phenomenal experience here ,want to congratulate the doctor and staff for the great job done.!!!!

I owe Viscount Dental Associates a review. Way overdue. Dr. Ramírez and his team are highly efficient, professional, and friendly. Every time I am there I feel like everyone working there is happy to be there, and they are happy to see you and help you. It is not easy to find a dental office where you feel welcomed like that. I’ve gotten a crown there, cavity fill, mouth-guard, and my dental cleaning there. I would definitively recommend VDA for all your dental needs. Thanks, Viscount Dental Associates!

Great experience! The whole staff was amazing. The Doctor explained everything so there was no surprises. They were able to expedite my crown and mouth guard so I could have it before going to work on the east coast. Very accommodating! Found my new permanent dentist!
