Sol Dental

I went into a cleaning today and it was horrible and painful. The woman who worked on me seemed to be of Indian descent and had an accent, she was so rough with my cleaning, at one point it felt like she cut my gum, not only that but the whole teeth cleaning was over with in less than ten minutes , whenever I’ve gotten them cleaned before it’s been longer. It felt like all they did was scrape my teeth aggressively and add polish, no flouride, no water, no flossing I don’t even think they actually cleaned them. also they seemed upset that I didn’t wanna do the dental exam, I only wanted a teeth cleaning and they kept insisting. I always had great visits here, but I don’t think I wanna waste my money or time here again.

They were very thorough & professional when I was called in, but when the dentist was done with my checkup, I wasn't told if she was going to come back, I waited 10 minutes until the dental assistant came and told me, to go the front, to get my next appointment.

I have going here since last year. The staff is amazing they ALWAYS answer the phone they always explain things thoroughly. They tell you exactly what your insurance will pay and what is not covered to give you the choice of whether you want to pay for the service or not.

I went to another dentist a week or 2 weeks ago, they said I had 2 cavities on the upper right side of my mouth, 6 total but these 2 were priorities. Insurance didn't cover that dentist, but covered this one, came here...they told me I had 10 cavities and the priority was in the upper left of my mouth...they didn't go over the x rays and show me what was going on like the last dentist...they kinda just left the room and let one of the receptionists explain my treatment plan...didn't like that they didn't call to confirm my appointment today either in advance.

I was pleasantly surprised with this dental clinic. Being my first visit, I was sceptical. As I walked into the building, I was politely greeted and was treated as though I had been going there for a long time. Everyone I dealt with was nice and polite. I would refer my family and friends there and have made a second appointment, so I was obviously pleased.

Very professional amespher and very nice and courteous.very happy with my visit.

I cannot even express how impressed I am with this office. I was a new patient and called at 9:30am with some major tooth pain. I was told to come straight in, and they even offered to help me with my two toddlers because I was worried that I couldn't be seen because I didn't have a babysitter! By 10:00, I was checked in and getting my x-rays. I was completely done by 11:00, and I didn't have to pay any extra fees, just my office visit co-pay. I have never encountered so many kind and helpful people. I am so grateful for them!

Dtr Jun was AWESOME, very professional in the way she performed the extraction, I never saw the needle and the way she massaged the gums while numbing it was great !! Not to mention how smoothly the final procedure went. I was traumatized before with previous dentists but not today . . Her assistant and staff were very pleasant as well. . Thanku so much !! 🙂👍💗

I had to reschedule my initial appointment for today due to scheduling conflicts, but I take comfort in the fact that I haven't even been seen yet and they are already working with me after a three -month long search of ANYONE in the dental field yielded no results. So far, so good 👍.

The Dr was so amazing and patient, and so were her staff. Very attentive with my 3 year old daughter. Thank you Dr. & Staff!
