The staff is so amazing and they are very caring with their patients. They really do want you to have your best smile! Thanks to Rick for always giving great advice and communicating through every step of a procedure, and making sure you're okay and not in too much pain. And big thanks to Michelle and Genesis who worked with me and helped me set up my payment so that I can get my work done. So happy with this office.

My hygienist Karen was very knowledgeable of her job, she was very careful and made me feel comfortable despite my nervousness. The whole staff is very prompt to welcome you and make you feel like a patient not just a number. The doctor and his assistant where also very informative and very polite. Do not discard the possibility of receiving good treatment, they won’t let you down! Highly recommend.

First off Dr Apilado is so professional and by far the best dentist I’ve had . He explains things throughly and nothing left unsaid. Definitely followed him from his other location . Team there are so friendly . Karen the hygienist was so kind and light handed when it came to my sensitive teeth. I let her know my concerns and she walked through slowly with me always concerned of my well being . Genesis ( financial director ) helped me so much to find the best plan for me that was not going to hurt my pockets . She was super friendly .

I must say this has been one of the best experiences I have had with this place. Ashley was very attentive and was very helpful with the process. Karen the hygienist was amazing. She was patient she knew exactly how to be very compassionate. I give these ladies a 10 in my rating, overall great place!

Hands down Ashley and Mia were the best assistants. I'm so happy they accept walk-ins and I was amazed they could fix my toothache and other treatment all in one day. They were all so friendly. Best dental office here in El Paso! I highly recommend them 👌

From Genesis being so patient and explaining the plans, the front desk young ladies, the dental assistant and props to Dr. Apilado for being so gentle and the best dentist I have ever encountered. First time here with my son. The staff was great. Very courteous and welcoming. The doctor was great as well. Explained everything in detail and showed me the problem areas on my son's teeth. Very kid friendly. Found his dentist! 🤟🤟
