Sol Dental

This guys are fraudsters, They have an advertisement going on for $49 for exam/ xrays and basic cleaning, after doing their xrays and it was time to clean they told us they can’t clean because we need to pay $800 for deep cleaning. We told them don’t worry we ll come back for the deep cleaning but they should just do the basic cleaning which was advertised but they refused and we left there without a refund or cleaning. I wish I could give no star to this fraudsters. I want my money back or the basic cleaning which was advertised

Came back to edit my post..... I went in there and was told I needed a deep cleaning and 11 fillings by a temp doctor who was very awkward and uncomfortable to be around.... keep in mind for a deep cleaning you need periodontal history (which I’ve never had) it didn’t feel right so I left (with no treatment plan)...... I then later called after dr parsa had reevaluated my X-rays and determined I only needed my regular cleaning (as I already knew) I called and spoke to Someone who said “let me call you back I need to speak to dr” one week passed and no one called. I called back and spoke to MONICA and I said “hey Im just calling back to check what the dr said about my cleaning” she then responded saying “so ur calling about ur insurance” It was obvious monica didn’t just listen to what I had just said...... I said “no monica that’s not what I just said, I was told someone was gonna call me back about my cleaning” she then got a really ugly attitude and asked if I wanted an appointment. I said yeah that’s fine when can u see me she then said “mam I have appointments every single day” this made me very upset and I told her I would change offices because I was very unhappy. She didn’t care and I just hung up. So I found a new office I went in and got my REGULAR CLEANING DONE AND I DIDNT NEED 11 FILLINGS. I NEEDED ONE. Obviously they were over diagnosing to bill myself and the insurance. I was very pleased with the hygienist and dr Suzuki I was also happy with dr parsa but the rest of the staff was rude and uneducated. They obviously don’t return phone calls. They let u walk out with no treatment plan AND they obviously don’t keep your account notated. The fact that I was told I needed 11 fillings and in reality I just needed one made me come and write this post.

Just go elsewhere. I called to see if they could fix a filling that they had previously done on the surface of my tooth (thankfully it’s a pin sized hole). I would need to pay for a whole exam and who knows what else before they’d tell me how much I’d need to pay again for them to correct the filling that fell out along with whatever else they magically find that “needs” work.

Outstanding appointment experience from entire staff. I will return. Wil try to add my niece and nephew as customers. Top notch service all around. Highly recommended.

My name is Lisa and my family has been going to sol dental for 3 years and they have been nothing then sort of amazing. my husband recently retired from the military and they are always are willing to work with us has far as our times of coming in and as well as payment plans for certain procedures like crowns. They also have a great little spot for your kiddos to watch movies ect.. while waiting for you or for waiting for there appt. Great group of people thank you so much.

They use techniques to hurt your teeth rather than fixing them. Every time I go I get the worse pains in my mouth

The staff was friendly, especially Cassandra. The dentist was very efficient and careful. I was impressed. The General Manager is VERY informative which helps when decisions such as these.

Great staff, friendly/caring/professional. Had an excellent experience today for a tooth extraction. Dr Patel and his team are the best in town. I highly recommend this dental office!
