Sol Dental

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone was so helpful. They exceeded my expectations with the services provided.

I had to bring my two daughters to the dentist for a general check up and a cleaning. This was our first time here. From the time I made the initial call to make an appointment to the scheduling of another appointment, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was very informative about my daughters treatments, patient and knowledgeable. Myself and my daughters were very satisfied with our visit. I am so glad I found this dentist office. I will continue to bring my daughters here.

Took my daughter to Sol Dental she was really nervous but everyone in Sol help me so she could feel more comfortable , she left there with a big smile ! Highly recommended for kids and adults !

My experience with Sol Dental on Yarbrough in El Paso, Texas has been excellent. From my first visit to date, the dentist-Dr. Jun & her staff has had my health, infectious protection, and dental needs as a priority. A very friendly dental office.

Sol Dental was truly God sent. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. (which is a rarity). The staff and the dentist actually acknowledged you (imagine that).I would recommend them to anyone.

Huge update: Called about the discomfort, they asked me to come in same day to fix it. Now my tooth feels awesome after a few more adjustments.

TLDR; Everyone there is extremely nice. Root canal went well. Temporary crown on molar feels flat and uncomfortable after multiple attempts to fix. Waiting for permanent crown to be ready.

It’s somewhat difficult to write a full review because I still have to go back and get work done on the same tooth (molar), but this is my experience thus far. The ladies here have awesome customer service, so that’s great. I went in for a root canal, that went great as well. An area of improvement, from my experience, is when it comes to installing the temporary crown. The first was really uncomfortable when biting down, and I did my best to explain to them what I was feeling, though I was super numb from the root canal. We spent quite a bit of time going back and forth with filing the tooth, explaining what I felt, and so on. Later that day, the crown broke off in a few pieces after I brushed and flossed. I assume because it was super thin as they did their best to shave it since I felt a lot of discomfort. Went back next day, again ladies were extremely nice and courteous. Temporary crown again was feeling uncomfortable in terms of biting down, so I did my best to explain what I felt, pointed where I felt discomfort. After a few adjustments they said the crown could get too thin, so I decided to leave it as it was. They did ask if I’d like another adjustment but at this point I didn’t really know what else to do or how the crown would really improve, so I told them to leave it how it was. I don’t feel like anyone did anything wrong exactly. As a patient I felt I was super clear, and I’m sure they felt they were receiving my feedback as best as possible. I think what could have been done was try to figure out why I was feeling discomfort biting down, and find a solution regarding the shape of the temporary crown, because what we were doing wasn’t working. There’s discomfort when eating because the crown feels flat, which is frustrating, but thankfully the crown is temporary. I’m not sure what else could have been done, how I could have communicated better, or how temporary crowns are supposed to be shaped in general. If there was something I wasn’t understanding about the crown, it could have been cool to have someone explain things to me. Definitely looking forward to the permanent crown and hoping it’s a perfect fit.

They took me immediately and very kind to my son. He loves playing Sonic when we get here and loves how nice they are too him. I appreciate the front desk! Always greet with a smile. The dentist was very kind.

Love the professionalism, love the staff and love the doctor's bed side manner. First time, here and I'll be back.

Starting with my first phone call to Sol Dental I was very impressed with Eldahi's customer service and phone skills. As a business owner who relies heavily on a customer service representative to handle phone calls in a professional and courteous manner I was immediately drawn to this office because of her professionalism. The atmosphere in the office/waiting room is comfortable and relaxing, an obvious priority for them. Everybody that made visual contact or came within 2 feet of me greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile. The reason for my visit was a teeth cleaning and the flow from the waiting room to the dental chair was fast and efficient. First stop was with Julio, the X ray guy and blood pressure taker. He was competent and friendly. Next was Gabby and Mandy, the hygienist. They were great and work extremely well as a team. Dr. Patel came in briefly and explained the results of the x-rays and made the appropriate recommendations. Becky, the office manager, followed up on Dr. Patel's recommendations quickly putting together an estimate for the crowns which I already knew I needed. There was no pressure at all and I felt like she did a good job.... actually a great job in explaining the various options. Considering that this was my first visit which usually takes a little bit longer and is expected to be that way I feel I was in and out in good time. Overall I was very pleased with this dental office and their professionalism. I highly recommend Sol Dental to anyone.
