This place is steps away from my home , which is why picked it. They staff was amazing, very thorough. They did X Ray's, checked my gums, looked at scabs, gave me plans and options of what to do next. I was able to see what the difference was between every single tooth I have and got info in invisiline.
The kid wants braces because of his mini gap, so they gave me info for him as well. Theres a special deal right now, where if you Yelp or check in online you get a toothbrush, not just any toothbrush, but an electric one. So, of course I did that.
These people really take care of you, and I was pleased with that. You can book online as well, but I would recommend just calling because I booked my husband and myself and only 1 appointment with through. Sometimes technology just sucks. I would recommend them.

So nice and professional. The office is exceptionally clean. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long while and there was no judgement. The atmosphere is pleasant. Now to get the rest of my family appointments- which you can do online. A very positive experience

I have put off going to the dentist for a few years due to anxiety. Finally made myself do it and I'm glad I did. The experience was tolerable and I didn't feel any pain at all. This has been the most thorough exam and treatment plan I've ever received. I'm glad that I found NBD.

When I went in for cleaning and immediately sensed the hygienist was not in a good mood. I asked about why I was getting x-rays as it felt like I just received and I did not want to get another 600.00 dental bill. Seemed like a reasonable request. She responded very short and corrective to my request. I noticed it was a year ago and she smirked. Very sarcastically she continued that they bill according to treatment and i would be informed before she lifted a tool. I said that was not the case last time and she responded that I must be mistaken. At that stage I decided to end my visit and seek another dentist. She said could have cared less. I have never been treated with such disrespect, but seems they are ok with loosing customers.

I have seen Dr. Summerland for many years. We moved 45 minutes away, so I tried another dentist ... once! He is worth the drive! The office staff is great, and Tanya (my hygienist) is gentle, thorough gives great tips, and does not make you feel bad if there is something to improve.

No one picks up the phone there. I even left a voice mail 2 days ago and still haven't received a phone call back.
Update: I was finally able to get an appointment and have been to this dentist twice now. My in-person experience there has been amazing, so I updated my review to 4 stars. Still disappointed I had so much difficulty getting ahold of someone over the phone, otherwise it would be a 5 star review.
