Brayden Deal was my dental assistant she was amazing she was on top of her game taking a full mouth x-ray and the technology they use WOW made it quick and easy in one room. Jennifer was So friendly and kind she checked my insurance and made my appointment and made everything so convenient during covid19. Dr. Bratcher is fantastic! I can’t say enough Dr. Bratcher the office is down a dental hygienist so I got Special Treatment the Dr. Bratcher herself cleaned my teeth! Blessed to have Renew Family Dentistry!

The dentist started a treatment for a replacement of a bridge with no pain at all. One day after procedure was started I was in agonizing pain. He saw me once and said my temporary was too high and adjusted it. Pain did not go away. They are closed Friday's and he did not answer my first emergency call on a Saturday for almost 10 hours and after 2 calls. They later told me over the phone that I needed a root canal (which I never did) and because they could not see me for at least another week, gave me a number to an endodontist which also could not see me for weeks. After he started this treatment which I paid 3500 dollars for, he refused to see me to see why I was having excrutiating pain as an emergency and within a reasonable timeframe. I eventually went to another dentist to finish my treatment. They went ahead falsely filed with my insurance for payment of a temporary bridge and work they did and we're asking for the full amount because they told insurance I abandoned treatment. they do not sit you in a chair for anything until everything is paid in full, which I did. In full! Before they started the treatment and they still have my money after three months and are holding up my insurance funds because they are trying to collect almost 2000 for a bridge and crown that was never done. Why would I abandon treatment. And this all happened after going to this dentist and spending thousand's of dollars over a three year span for my whole family. I have submitted a complaint with the State board of Dental Examibers. Horrible !!!
