Ballard Family Dentistry is the best environment for your entire family!!! We have five sweet kids and our whole family is able to be seen on the same day, at the same time, and this is very convenient for all! We love all the dental hygienists, Dr. Scott Ballard, and Dr. Taylor. They provide the best care and we all love going to dentist because of every GREAT experience we have had over the years! I was in need of a new crown, so I called Ballard Family Dentistry. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and she was able to get me in right away. Once in the back, I met with Tara and Dr. Dave (who are both awesome by the way). They explained their process, gave me an exam, and had me meet with the nice lady in financing. After all was said and done, Dr. Dave took an impression of my tooth and sent it off to the lab.
It was a very smooth process from start to finish. I wish I hadn't moved further away because I would definitely make this my dentist office of choice. Thanks again Tara and Dr. Dave, you guys are the best!

From Kim at the front desk, who is always super helpful, to my hygienist, Tina, who always makes sure that I have the best experience possible! I have been having pretty severe pain from what turned out to be an exposed nerve in a wisdom tooth causing radiating pain. I posted in a mom page I'm in for recommendations on a good dentist that is good with people with anxiety. Ballard Dentistry was recommended by a lot of people so I set up an appt. I was surprised and elated that that got me in the very next day! Dr. Taylor and her Assistant were truly nothing short of phenomenal!! They made me feel at ease, heard and that they really wanted to help me. They also told me about the FREE conscious sedation they offer their patients that have anxiety and that literally brought me to tears. THIS!!! this showed me how much they truly care about their patients experience and that means the world. Trust to me is everything and knowing how far they go to make sure their patients feel comfortable in their care shows me that I can trust them. I've had some not so great experiences so this was definitely a huge blessing to have FINALLY found a Dentist/staff that I feel comfortable with and actually will look forward to going to. Thank you so very much for today!! I look forward to my future visits at Ballard!!

This is the first time I’ve been to Ballard Family Dentistry. They were very professional. They made me feel listened to. Anybody who we spoke with at the office about my situation (even though it was very minor) they asked for my permission to explain what was going on first before talking to anybody else that was in the room. I think I saw Dr. Taylor. she was lovely and the nurse or dental assistant that was with me the whole time was absolutely lovely as well. I will be going back to them in the future for anything dental related.

Having work done at the dentist isn’t fun and definitely not cheap no matter where you go, but I have to say that the people working at Ballard Dentistry are some of the friendliest people. Most businesses lately have given up on customer service, especially in anything to do with medical or dental. Everyone had actual conversations with me and most of all, they didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need like others I’ve been to. I recommend them highly!

Will never go back. I went for a basic cleaning (I’ve never had a cavity in my 32 years of life) and all they did was try to sell me on extra things, like fluoride, a cancer screening (I don’t smoke or have a family history of cancer) and so many others after I declined all the other offers. If I say I just want a cleaning, I expect my dentist to respect that. Additionally waiting 6+ months for an appointment is crazy. I wish I knew what my schedule was going to look like in 6 months haha

I’ve been a patient here for MANY years, but only for routine cleanings a few times a year. I was experiencing some horrible pain in a couple of my teeth and I was able to get an appointment with a doctor fairly quickly. I was reluctant ro go and I almost canceled on the day of the appointment. I thought that the reason for the pain probably would not be discovered, and it would be a waste of time. (That had been my experience with other doctors. Not here.) It turns out, Dr. Taylor gave me several possible causes for the pain and offered multiple options on how to treat it. She spoke to me in a way that made sense and the explanation of how to finance any of those options was available. The time and care that I received from the moment I got there to the moment I left was extraordinary. But I know it was just another day at Ballard Family Dentistry…they are always this good! They are all about the patient and that is what has kept me coming back through the years.
