Dentist Tree Heights

It was my first time here and everything from scheduling to check out was very efficient and smooth. Everyone I came across greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed. I saw Dr. Shinta and he was very friendly, professional, and thorough with my exam. Lisa did my cleaning and it was one of the best I've had in years. So glad I found this office.

Was given a referral to extract a tooth for my orthodontic treatment, and came here to do it based on how close it was to my place and also the reviews. Dentist Tree did not disappoint! Everyone was so nice and warm, and they really cared about me understanding the procedure and options. I will for sure be coming here in the future again!

As someone who was neglected as a child & didn’t have access to dental care i am extremely grateful for Dentist Tree. I took the plunge a few months ago to get checked after I acquired insurance & was impressed. The office is clean, modern & has great service. Dr. Hieu Nguyen is gentle & professional in his work. The assistants i came across are all diligent & the hygienist is prompt & thorough w/ cleanings. I appreciate an office thats aware with current times & uses online forms before the appointment rather than have me fill out tedious printed documents on the spot. I get constant reminders of upcoming appointments via text/email/& calls. The insurance coordinator: Adrian has always been thorough in explaining any questions i have. I did extensive research before selecting a general dentist as i knew I’d need a variety of procedures performed & am happy to say i made the right selection. Thank you Dentist Tree for being a part of my dental journey, i am extremely grateful for this office’s professionalism.

Great staff, they are very attentive to any needs and questions. Facility is very clean with TV's on the wall and ceiling. Looking forward to continue coming here.

I started going to Dentist Tree two years ago, and the initial experience was great. The doctors seemed to care and were extremely thorough in my exams.

However, two experiences since then have completely changed my mind about this location. On one occasion, a technician dropped an instrument down my throat during a cleaning. She didn’t ask if I was alright or even acknowledge the incident. I asked to pause to see if I was ok. It hurt, but there wasn’t any damage and I let it go because mistakes happen. I was put off by the fact that she never asked if I was ok, but I let it go.

Recently, I was informed that my permanent retainer was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I had the procedure done, but in two weeks, the device came loose while eating a salad, and began jabbing me in the tongue. We called on a Saturday and we’re told that they would ask internally if I could be seen. No one called me back to discuss when I could be seen, to see how I was doing, or to offer any suggestions on what I could do while waiting to be seen.

I later stopped in to ask if I could be seen, but was told that I could not because the doctor that had installed it was out of town and she was the only one that could repair it. I wasn’t really happy with that answer because the earliest that I could be seen was a week and a half later, and the issue was getting worse. I have a client facing business and the issue was making speaking difficult.

I was given an email where I could supposedly contact a dentist to speak with them. I wrote an email detailing these events and have not received a response. Not a call from the office to check on me. Not any acknowledgment of these issues. It is a tremendous disappointment.

Yesterday the device completely came out and I almost swallowed it.

This office has completely lost my trust and faith that they can deliver adequate care. Their outright refusal to communicate makes the entire relationship feel transactional- which is the absolute opposite of what you want from a physician. It is clear that there is no accountability and that the partners in the office are either not professional enough to address patent concerns, or they outright don’t care about their patients and see them as walking pay checks.

I am tremendously disappointed and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I have had very positive experiences here with all of the staff and Dr. Nguyen. I have anxiety when seeing a dentist and tend to get emotional. Dr. Nguyen is patient, gentle, and understanding.

Dr. Shinta and his team were very professional and did a great job. I’m happy to have found a family dentist for the long term!

They cleaned my teeth extremely thoroughly. Most thorough accurate exam I think I have ever had. Dr Shevchenko was extremely competent.
Accepted my insurance. Not overpriced.

My cleaning was super easy and quick. My hygienist made sure i felt comfortable and at ease. It was a wonderful experience.
