Dentist Tree Heights

Been very pleased here. Modern office with very helpful and pleasant staff. Dr. Shinta has been great! Excellent bedside manner and very upfront about your dental care. Very transparent pricing with your insurance. Glad I found this place.

I LOVE this office and everyone in it, from the front desk to the Doctors and the DAs! They always make my son and I feel so comfortable and they do not have us waiting forever just to be seen. Thank you all so much 😊

I took my son to Dentist Tree of The Heights for a cleaning and exam. He had a bad experience with the last hygienist he seen at another dental office. So he was a little hesitant on going back to get his teeth cleaned. A friend recommended Dentist Tree. From the time we walked in the staff was very welcoming. I let the receptionist know about his prior experience and that I wanted to sit in on the cleaning and they said it was fine. The hygienist was very nice and explain to my son what she was going to do. She was very gentle with him. Dr. Nguyen also seen him and was very nice. Thank you all for being so nice and welcoming. We will see y'all again

I recently went in for a new patient visit to Dentist Tree and I was throughly please with this place. I have just moved to town and needed a new dentist. I was treated excellent by their staff, felt like I had been going there for years. The place was extremely clean and well organized. Everything was paperless (so nice to not have to fill out all that paperwork off of a clip board in your lab). I was able to check in while sitting in my car, so no wait what so ever. Great service, clean, and Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

This is my third visit to Dentist Tree. I went in for an extraction today and the whole process was super smooth. Never any wait time, I'm taken back as soon as I complete what's needed. The dentist does not make me wait to be seen, always professional and kind. The extraction itself took maybe less than 10 minutes. It took longer for me to numb which I have no complaints about. I felt pressure as described but never any pain. I was "in and out". This office is great! Very efficient, organized, high tech, and patient friendly. I highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to Dentist Tree, and it went extremely well. They have a modern setup that includes lots of “techy” imaging tools and TVs on the ceiling so the patient can watch Netflix during procedures. In addition, the online web form that I completed prior to the appointment was user friendly. The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt as though they were compliant with all the COVID-19 standards. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough — he identified a flaw in my previous dental work that will be a minor fix now, but it could’ve caused major issues down the road had he not discovered it.

This office, staff, and service is nothing short of exemplary! Every visit I've had has been a great experience. The entire team is extremely professional and timely. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and the transitions between the x-ray tech, dentist, and dental hygienist were real smooth. The technology they offer is top of the line! I used to dread getting dental x-rays because they were so painful, but the equipment they utilize make it a much more pleasant experience with the mildest of discomfort. The staff is very knowledgable and they take the time to explain what they are going to do and answer any questions I have. I feel comfortable entrusting them with all my dental care needs!

I am extremely cautious when it comes to choosing the right dentist as I have had some horrible experiences in the past, but I can say that this is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. It took me awhile to find the right one here in Houston (moved here from Florida last year) but after doing my research and reading the reviews I know I absolutely made the right choice in coming to Dentist Tree of the Heights. It lived up to and exceeded my expectations and, after reading all of the positive reviews, I thought it had to be too good to be true but it wasn't - best experience I've had and it's not close. The office itself is very nice and the staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. They are extremely gentle when working in your mouth and listen to your feedback as a patient. I also greatly appreciated Dr. Shinta's transparency and clear communication around our visit and next steps moving forward. If I could give this a 10/5 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

By far best dentist office I have ever been to and I have tried many!! Scheduling was easy, office was very clean, easy to get to, entire process was streamlined and efficient. The staff is what made it exceptional! From the front office desk, x-rays, and cleaning. Everyone was so kind and they explained everything before anything was done. Dr. Shinta has changed my view of dentistry completely ... he was gentle, kind, explained my options clearly and answered all of my questions. He checked often while doing my fillings if I was comfortable or if I needed a break. Best dentist experience you could ask for highly recommend this practice and Dr.Shinta!!

Everyone was so welcoming. The hygienist was so friendly! I usually don’t like going to the dentist but I had such a good experience here. The TVs on the ceiling had me distracted and gave me a great work break actually. This was my first visit, and I’m planning to always come here as long as I live in Houston! :)
