Dr. Naik is super great, always lets you know what is going on. I always hated going to dentist due to pain issues and he is very gentle and I highly recommend

"Little man syndrome" The staff is very professional and sweet. However, Dr. Naik is so unprofessional and rude! He has no respect for his staff. I've never heard a doctor scream at his employees in front of patients.

Be careful when they ask you to commit to treatments. Make sure you get a full written estimate and fully understand what you are getting done here. I went in for a cleaning and asked for an invisalign consultation. Everything went fine from appointment to cleaning. They use pretty advance equipment and detected some hidden cavities. I was happy about that. However, when started talking about the estimate, they got sketchy. First, the doctor came in and told me about all the benefits of the filling they are using. I said I really don't mind using a better filling as long as my insurance covers it. Then he was pushing it say then let's start now. I stopped him and asked for an estimate. He said his staff will work it out later. I said I need to know how much I need to pay out of pocket before we can start. Then he moved on to the invisalign consultation. All he said was, ok ,we can take care of your teeth for $5500, but I can give you $500 discount. We can start today!. I said I would think about it. Then he walked off.
A staff came in and started working on the computer and told me if we do the filling that he recommended, it will be $1100 out of pocket. I said what?! I can't afford that. Then she punch some keys on the computer again and said, ok $400. I said ok. what exactly do we need to fix? Then she blah blah blah a bunch of non-sense and asked me to make an appointment. I said what about my invisalign consultation? She said, did the doctor tell you how much? That's it.
I was very shocked on how they approach the money subject. I walked off without a written estimate of anything. I immediately went to another doctor for invisalign consultation, not only did he give me a full written estimate, he asked me what I would like to improve, and how we will achieve that result...So in comparison, I know I Dr. Naik's "consultation" is not standard practice. And I know I was not the only one got treated this way in Dr. Naik's office, because my friend went in for the same thing and she got the same treatment with the exact words.

This dentist is clearly all in it for the money. He runs his office like he has 2 other dentist helping him. Every time I went to this person I have had to wait 30-40 minutes after my appointment time to get in. After I got in I found myself waiting in a chair for another 30 minutes for the dentist to finish up with someone. My procedure should have been done by the time I finally got to see the dentist 1 hour and 30 minutes later... But no it was just getting started. On top of everything the cost is so marked up it isnt even funny. I was given a bill for a whopping number and my eyes went big. I talked it over with the assistant and without really a debate the price got dropped over $500.... so why was I not presented with that number in the first place. Clearly this place wants to see what they can get away with I guess because they are in a "rich" part of the neighborhood. Basically only go to this place if you want your entire yearly allowance with your insurance to be wiped out in 1 visit...

Dr. Naik and his staff were all very professional and thorough. I was well informed about my treatment and appreciated that everything was explained in detail. I feel they have my best interest at heart and I actually enjoy going there.

Modern dental facility with friendly environment and great workers! Got my teeth cleaned and was in an out within 45 minutes! They took great care of me while I was there for my appointment! Definitely recommended!
