First time to deal with Mint, Let me start with the appointment process. 5 stars, Next was Mint making sure I remembered my appointment 5 stars. First impression at time of the appointment 5 stars. Getting paper work filled out - 5 stars, Getting back to the room and doing xrays - 5 stars. Getting teeth cleaned and not drowning in the water for rinsing - 5 stars. Getting whiting for my teeth - very inexpensive - 5 stars. Overall experience with staff and bill was 5 stars all the way. Not one negative to say about Mint. Awesome staff.. Most can't say this but I can't wait to go back to the dentist. Because it was that good.

Very professional! Nice staff, comfortable set up, free goodie bag, not just a toothbrush lol! 💙I felt really comfortable like I had been a patient there for years but it was my first visit. I normally I don't do reviews but this one is well deserved! I recommend any and everyone to try Mint Dentistry!!! It's worth it.

So I’ve been avoiding going to the dentist for quite some time now due to horrible experiences from other dentists. But I must say this was the BEST visit I’ve ever had. They were caring and attentive and I could tell Mint really cared about me being comfortable and all my needs were met. Mint is the truth!!!

What can I say after hearing about Mint Dentistry. I decided to try it for myself and the atmosphere was amazing. When I walked in the Las Colinas location the receptionist make you feel so welcome. Claudia was my dental assistant she was excellent and very detailed. My dentist came in after reviewing my Xrays gave me the breakdown of what I needed. Gaby the plan coordinator came in and went over my insurance coverage and dental plan. I was almost discouraged until she told me about the Smile More Loyalty Club very reasonable price. Thank you Mint for great customer service this will definitely be my sons and I new teeth home

My experience was amazing! The office is gorgeous! Rene and Tiffany were so very personable, Dr. Mendu was very good with explaining my exam and Gabby is just the bomb! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family in the area!

I would highly recommend coming by the Mint Dentristy location in Irving, Texas.

The staff are so friendly and they really know how to make you feel comfortable. Definitely one of the best attentive teams I’ve experienced at a dentist office. Will be returning to continue my future services here with this team.

Today was my first visit here at MINT Dentistry, and it was AMAZING! Once you walk through the door you feel welcomed! The staff is GREAT. I had the honor of having Jessica, & she made my visit amazing! MINT Dentistry was honestly Much More than I expected! You all have exceeded my Expectations!! I would recommend MINT Dentistry to anyone! I can’t wait til my next visit! 😁

Please DO NOT book an appointment here. My appointment was schedule at 2:10 for a Dental Cleaning. I arrived at 2:05, completed my paperwork, and turned it in at 2:12. From there, I then proceeded to wait over ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES to never be seen! I was extremely upset to have to wait 1 hour 40 min for a dental cleaning. Seriously? This was not my first visit with Mint Dentistry. None of the front desk notified me or updated me until I finally ask after over an 1 1/2 hours of sitting there where I was at. She then responded "It'll be another 15 minutes" Are you kidding me? Finally, at 3:45 I just got up and left. The staff tried to apologize but this completely unacceptable, I have no problem with a decent waiting time but 1 hour and 40 minutes is NEVER OK. MINT Dentistry has wonderful marketing but HORRIBLE scheduling and customer service. I will never refer ANYONE nor will I return to this company again.

I always have a pleasant experience at Mint. Ive had cavities and 2 crowns done, all done great. You get free whitening and mouth guard molded to your teeth, sunglasses so the light doesn't blind you, all the chairs are massage chairs, they have Beats and tablets for use, and netflix/hulu to watch while you are being worked on. All the employees are super nice from the front desk to the hygienists, to the dentists. Also, they don't pressure you to get work done like some dentists I've been to. They tell you what's wrong and what it costs to fix and let you schedule when you can.
