I drove from Houston to this Location. I was in severe pain and needed a tooth removed immediately. I was able to get the X-ray done and removal all in the same day.
The customer service is outstanding. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. They follow Covid-19 guidelines. You will have to wait in your vehicle until they call you after you have checked in. The lobby is available to wait but sometimes it surpasses capacity.
Out of several dental offices, Kreit Dental offers the best prices around with great work.
I have found my new dental home. It may be 80 miles from me, but the drive is worth it. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going here for 3 years now. I travel over an hour to go here. The outside appearance of the building might give you pause. The waiting room is not much better. But......once get pass the waiting room, the important areas are VERY clean and as comfortable as a dentist can be. The are very up to date offering any form of dental you may need.
It is an extremely long wait to get from the waiting room to your dentist. You may wait in your car and they will call.
The dentist and all assistance are very kind and professional! Never in a hurry.
The price is the cheapest I have found in over an 100 mile radius.
I have had teeth pulled, root canals, partial made, and crowns. Never any problems.
Well worth the time and travel for the price and service!!

I had the best experience as a first time patient and a walk-in at that!!! They took my info explained that there would be a wait, gave me papers to fill out all with hospitality compassion understanding and a smile! Every person that ministered to me was professional and made sure I understood and waited for any questions I may have had, they put my comfort first which put me at ease more than I can convey!!! All was done in a timely fashion within an hour I was being examined by a dentist, he explained every option with all the pros and cons most of all he shared his own professional opinion he reassured me and convinced me…I was bent on removal of every bad tooth, he taught me otherwise, love that he educated me!!!
The price was WAY more than I expected and stings quite a bit BUT desperate times call for desperate measures and thank God for provision and for the peace of mind I walked away with and my husband’s blessing, as someone who struggled with anxiety I say it was well worth the debt…as a woman of faith I believe God will provide! No complaints here!!! I fully recommend Dr Kreit’s office and staff gladly and joyfully!!! Wonderful experience…if you knew my past and my dealings with quacks and malpractice you’d understand my enthusiasm toward this office!!! I’m happy and pain free!!!! And have three brand new teeth ❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁

My appointment was at 11am. I arrived at 10:30am. My x-rays was done pretty quickly. I was there for a cleaning. Didn't get that done until about 2:30p. That's ridiculous 😒. But my teeth cleaning saved the day. I really feel that they should have someone there to do cleaning. So everyone can get in and out in a timely manner. Waiting almost 3 hours to just get your teeth cleaned is insane. Teeth clean though, only good thing.

Most incredible experience ever!! I’m deadly afraid of dentist and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My blood pressure stayed low so that tells you my anxiety was completely under control. My dentist was completely understanding, had the best bedside manner, explained everything before and the possible outcomes and most importantly listened to all my questions and concerns. Best dentist by far I’ve ever been to!!

The absolute worst dental provider. I went in today as a new patient to have a tooth looked at that was sensitive and I figured i was needing a root canal and crown.
I had x-rays done and then I was told Dr Kreit would review and they would let me know about the treatment plan. A few minutes I was called back and we discussed the treatment plan which was a root canal / crown or extraction. I went with the root canal and we reviewed the cost. I signed the paperwork consenting to the procedure and PAID for the procedure. Then I was given antibiotics to take and waited for the procedure to start.
The "dentist" came in and we talked about what was being done. The "dentist" said he was going to look at the tooth and *SEE* if a root canal could be done. I popped up and said SEE? What do you mean SEE? They just took the full payment for a root canal and crown and I just took 5 pills they handed to me.
After a 3 second physical check he said he did not think he could do a root canal as there is not enough there to build it back. He wanted to do the extraction. I explained to him NO teeth are loose, my gums are NOT swollen, the area around the tooth is not swollen. It is literally a chip.
I should have gone with my gut instinct as when I was waiting in the lobby I was talking to another patient and she was surprised I was getting a root canal because in her experience they want to extract.
I am shocked they would distribute pills and take payment BEFORE finalizing a treatment plan. Since my card was charged they how have to do an adjustment so I am waiting 7-10 days potentially to get my money back. I obviously thought it was a done deal as they took my payment. When I addressed my concerns with "Dr. Samir" he was condescending and dismissed the error.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Do NOT recommend.

I Believe the Dr. I had this Visit was Dr. Dru. This was far better experience than i had ever had. He took time to listen and to explain the issues that I have been having. The Hygienist was very polite. I didn't get up feeling like I had been to battle. The wait is still vey long . But I am overall pleased with my visit.
