These people are the best. From front office personnel to dentists, there is no loss of smiles and pleasantries. Today I went for a 9am appt, which the office could not find. She got me in the computer and after x-rays, root canal and temp crown, I was headed home in less than 2 hours! A special thanks to Dr askar for his gentleness (i did not feel the shots!) and his assistant Brooke. They made my trip painless.

Dr. Scott is the best! I didn't even realize he had started the extractions so when he told me he was done with the top, I almost started crying with relief! I would give this clinic and Dr. Scott a million stars if I could. I'm not sure if I will ever be able to stop smiling 😁

I've been coming here for 8 years. The staff is always friendly and professional. They work with your insurance and have reasonable prices for those without insurance.

I’m new to the area and I was just at my dentist 8 months ago for an annual exam, but I was due for my teeth to be cleaned. There are several dentists practicing here and the place was packed. My appointment was at 8:30. I arrived early, completed my paper work and at 9:30 after waiting an hour I let them know I was leaving. I prefer a small and more personable experience This practice is not for me.

Wish I could give a zero. Horrible, unorganized, lack of communication.
Waited for 2 hours in the waiting room with my 6 yr old son. When I complained I was told “everybody knows it’s a long wait here”
Rather than staggering appointment times to see everyone in a timely manner they pack appointments in as close as possible and make people wait for hours on end.

Appt. time 10:00 but didn't get seen until after 1:00. The staff was very friendly and a plan of attack, my teeth and my wallet, was formed. Can't wait till next week and see them all again (2 root canals)

I called Monday asking for information about getting braces for the first time, they right away told me that they do them and that first I had to do consultation that includes X-ray and also if I need a cleaning or had anything else like cavities they had to do that before putting braces on, I told them that was fine and if they offer payment plans, one of the clerks said yes but she would have to ask a ( Brenda) about that prices she put me on hold and told me that they do have payment plans all I had to do was give a down payment of $700 and the rest in payments depending of the amount of the braces, I went ahead and did the appointment for the following Thursday same week as the Monday I called.. when I get there I waited 2 hours they charged me $100 for X-rays and cleaning. Told me I was done and I could leave, no one talked to me about braces till I went to front and asked for the info managers where in meeting and I waited no one came but a lady that gave me a template about another place kingwood and told me they stopped doing braces two weeks ago. They waisted my time and money.. I drove an hour to them just for the braces consultation and waisted 2 hours waiting while in my home town the most I would have waited would be 20 mins and only paid $30 for what I got Kreit office. It’s really upsetting that they would do that and I hope someone else doesn’t fall for something like this. 6/28/21 was the day I called my appointment was 5/1/21.

I went to get a cleaning. The last time the dentist did a great job. This time he sprayed some water in my mouth for about 5 minutes. They’re still nasty.

I was very pleased with doctor Scott!!! He took the extra steps and care double checking and I'm always a nervous wreck seeing a dentist I have had some really bad experiences visiting the dentist. Needles I'm terrified of. I expressed my fears and he listened and calmed me down. I would recommend him to anyone that needed a dentist.

Constanza and Aspen were so amazing with my 1 year old. They got me in and out of there quickly! They were so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else because of employees just like them !
