I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appointment at 1030 am, was there at 930 am, did my paperwork and xrays by 10 am. By 2 pm, I still had not been seen, or even called to an exam room. I had asked several times about it, and was told I still had people ahead of me...but everyone coming in after me was seen and had left by then. This place has no respect for their patients, the patients time, etc. HORRIBLE service, they lack proper time management (likely doing more than double booking), and lack professional/proper communication skills needed to communicate with patients on their appointments, etc. I would NOT go here, unless you have all the time in the world to wait, with no communication as to why they couldn't see you at your appointment time, if at all.

Just want to say thank you to the staff for taking care of me today. I moved away from the area in 2019 (to The Woodlands) and have not been able to find a dentist as good as Kreit Dental. I needed a deep cleaning badly and a highly rated place in my area took several weeks to get into then did the exam but no cleaning, wanted me to pay 900 out of pocket (after private insurance) and then have me reschedule to come back every three months for one quadrant of my mouth to be done at a time and then come back separately for fillings. I don't have time for that, so we travel the 1.5 hours to Kreit because they will do all four quadrants and any cavities the same day. And instead of 900 out of pocket it was 110.... Can't beat that!!!! Also the staff is super efficient. They are seeing a ton of people and I expect to spend the whole day there when I come but they get through with everyone very efficiently especially considering they try to get through all your needs the same day (if that's possible.)
My only suggestion is that the front half of the office needs to coordinate better with the back half of the office because the front half added something in my treatment plan that the actual Dr. working on me didn't feel comfortable with and it sounded like they booked way too many overlapping appointments which I could tell was irritating staff that sounded like they may not get a lunch break. Which is sad because the dentist that worked on me was very kind, considerate and thorough, I would hate to see him and the assistant that worked with him leave over work conditions.

With pain starting in jaw and eye. They identified it was in infection above my root canal. Once tooth was pulled, I could breath better right away. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Great Job!

Absolutely 💯 I have been seeing Nadar Kreit since 2010 and with my first experience it was flawless. I don't even remember going back to the room they removed all my upper teeth and put in an immediate denture. I barely remember going home. All I do remember is No Pain not even the next day. I took zero pain pills. I pray that this experience 🙏 on March 29th will be the same way. I have alot of anxiety about it because I was told I would not be getting a blue pill before the procedure like did last time. So I'm going to pray 🙏 about it

The staff was great and very kind me and my wife would drive One and a half hours roughly 90 miles to use this dentistry but after this trip and all services finished we will not be coming back they use to work with your insurance so you didn’t have to have not to much out of pocket cost not this trip between me and my wife we had to dish out close to $3,000 so with this said we will find a dentist close to where we live. Been coming to this location for years.

There's God quotes everywhere but you can definitely feel a different spirit in the environment. Most the staff especially the YOUNGER ones have a poor attitude. I've had a tooth extraction done on 12-12-1995. I drove an hour back down there today which is 12-16-22 due to me still being in moderate pain. The asian Doctor seem to not know what hes talking about ? Couldn't tell me why I was stilll in pain. Please save your money. Go somewhere else?
