My appointment was scheduled at 10:00am, and even though I arrived ahead of time (around 9:45) I was not called back for my teeth cleaning until 1:00 pm. After my cleaning I was not even seen by an actual dentist even though I told the x-ray tech that I was having issues with one of my teeth. I had to request that a dentist examine me, who I didn't see until 2:00 pm. After she did my exam, she found issues with my teeth that would have been found if anybody would have taken the time to look at my x-rays and pics taken at the office. Apparently they were triple booked that day, but this practice has a total of 16 dentists working there and no telling how many more hygienists. It's been a while since I've used this dentist, but it seems they have become money hungry over the years and are more focused on the quanity of patients rather than the quality of their service. My mom also went with me and had her teeth cleaned and she also was not seen by a dentist. This didn't bother her too much because she had no complaints of pain, but there's no telling what could have been missed. I do not recommend this dentist unless you have a full day to spare and want to just feel like a number. I would have given this visit a 1-star, but the results of the teeth cleaning are the only thing that saved it.

Honestly, I have never had any dental work performed on me so I was very reluctant on going let alone have two wisdom teeth pulled. I found the staff to be absolutely fantastic and calmed my nerves. The Dentist was amazing. I highly recommend Kreit Dental.

The experience could’ve been a 5 star review but the wait on 2 visits were to long. My dental work looks great. I would tell anyone who plans on getting dental work to ask for Mr. MarMar he was awesome.

They help me to understand what I really needed to be done first. By showing me the x-ray of things I really didn't know about my teeth. They were very patient with me. Love the atmosphere, yes there were some wait time but worth it.

The wait to get in was long but once I got in it was a good visit and the Dr was easy to talk to and I was relieved to learn there was no problem. Gave me a good to go. Told me what to do to fix my pain so I felt good when I left, and as far as the payment… they told me how much it would be over the phone and that’s what I paid. I’ll be back for future visits.

Worst company ever. My mom got partials done in January, march is almost over and I still have not received them. Every time I call to check on them they just reschedule me for a later date and say they are not ready yet. It’s ridiculous. Front desk ignores my calls and is very disrespectful. They give no care that my mom has been without teeth for THREE months. Worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
