I work graveyards, and I made the appointment a week in advance. I gave them all my insurance information in advance for pre-approval. I also explained a need for an as early as possible appointment because I work graveyards. They called to confirm the appointment a day in advance. They waited until after I got there and took x-rays to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover anything. If you greed inconveniences your clients you should fix this issue.

I had a 3:00 appointment for a cleaning. Got X-rays and sat there until the called me back at 4:45pm. Went to the back and the previous dr that did the filling didn’t something right and I explained. He went digging in my mouth and hurt me so badly. I told him not to do that again. I sat for another 10 minutes and the dr still didn’t do my cleaning! Worst experience ever. I will not be going back!

Office manage is the ABSOLUTE WORST! So unprofessional! Treats patients AWFUL! So unprofessional to the assistants in front of patients. Dr. Courtney is just as bad when it comes to dismissing her patients! Dr. Askar and his assistant are worth going back to. We spend FIVE hours there for cleanings and a couple of cavities on my two kids. I still had to be rescheduled because the “manager” forgot to write the full orders for the Dr. Courtney on a “sticky note”! Dr. Courtney was then upset to have to go back in to finish the work that she chose to leave my daughter in the hallway with a numb mouth for me to find her until she came back from her lunch break she chose to take before finishing up on my daughter! Worst doctor experience ever! They only get a star because of Dr. Askar! That place deserves no stars!

Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment. Filled out paperwork, took 30-ish minutes to get X-rays done, and I finally asked what the holdup was at 3:30. They finally came out to get us in at 3:45. We promptly spoke to the manager and canceled. Only good thing is, they aren’t charging us for the images. Useless clinic.

Everyone was very professional. Great service. Only complaint was the time waiting on physician. My appointment was at 8. I arrived at 750. I did not see a dentist until 915. Overall my experience was Great. The dentist and his assistant made sure I was comfortable at all times.

I am very pleased with the service of all staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and friendly. I can say from experience that Kreit Dental is the best and certainly gives the best care.

My appointment was for1 pm but didn't get to the back til 3:25pm. Needless to say I wasn't happy, but it is always this way. If you can afford a different dentist go there if you value your time. I can't so I keep going back.

Always a joy going to this office the waiting period is not so favorable but it’s definitely worth it ! Dr. Anas Muaamar was so helpful and did a fantastic job with me and my kids ! Got my teeth fixed just in time for my wedding! Thank you !
