I saw someone else left a review comparing them to a car dealership... I have to say that is pretty accurate. I went in with a broken tooth that was causing a lot of pain, I left with a still painful broken tooth and a rather large estimate to "fix everything". Seems to me there was far more concern over selling me the full package than there was at addressing the current and only issue I had when I went in. I'm sure the work they do is excellent but it felt like going to a dealership for a new tire and leaving with the same flat tire and a quote for a new engine.

Had a broken tooth and they got me in and out w Prescribing me some pain pills and scheduled to pull it for the next day. The doctor made sure I was comfortable thru the whole process and even with all the swelling I had she still made it to where I didn’t feel a thing. Was very happy with the services they provided :)

The Longview team was nothing but awesome and helpful with me. Very informative and thorough and helped me get options lined out for immediate wisdom teeth removal. Went Friday for X-rays and exams and they had me in for surgery today. Great staff.

Eating pizza a semicircle chipped out of a 12 month old bottom plate. I dropped it off for a repair and $138.00 later I got back my lower denture to find that one tooth is completely exposed. The repair looks like it was done by a grad student. The repair is overtly visible. The standard of workmanship is really shocking.
If it wasn’t the Monday before Thanksgiving I would not have taken delivery at all. The repair is substandard by any stretch of the imagination. I will never recommend Aspen Dental.

I really don’t have one positive things to say about this establishment. I go in for an appointment. And I arrive 30 minutes early. Thirty minutes after my appt time I am seen. They needed X-rays. Granted I have had plenty of X-rays of my teeth done in Thanh past and never had the experience I had that day. Whatever torture device it is that they’re using is way to much. Almost a week has gone by and I have multiple cuts on the roof of my mouth as well as the thin piece of skin under my tongue. Gagging every time they stuck that thing in my mouth. Just for them to say “breathe through your nose”. Now to the good part. Eye roll… I originally made the appointment due to a filling falling out of my back tooth. I just wanted that tooth fixed (before it began to cause pain). I get in the chair and they do their exam and then go on to tell me I have periodontal disease. And need like 4 teeth pulled which they would replace with implants, most of my teeth needed buildups and crowns of some sort, and root canals. Never did they even touch on the tooth that I was there for!!!!!! Then they sit me in a room after having their chat with the finance counselor. After about twenty minutes they call me to the desk where a lady heads me a huge print off (4 pages) of work i “need” done. And their treatment plan and the order they would do it in totaling 20k…oh but they acted so generous to apply my insurance where they could which would take 1.3k off. Then they said we will even take off another 2-2.5k leaving my quote to be 16.5k. Now remember the one tooth I wanted fixed. I don’t even think they put that tooth as top priority.
I would suggest looking elsewhere for dentistry. It’s nice that they’re open later than most dentist offices and you can get an appointment scheduled fairly quick. But that’s because they have entry level dentists and sooooo many there. For the sake of your pocket book and your mouth, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and was really worried about my smile. So called Aspen Dental they got me an appointment right away. Went in and was able to do 90% of what I needed right then. There was financial help and everything. I am glad I made the call and my teeth are to!

Went last year and was told that my insurance will cover everything. I asked them to not do anything that insurance will not cover it but they lied and did it anyway. They cracked few of my teeth while cleaning. Never go back there. Looking for new dentist now. My front teeth will never be pretty again from small cracked and broken.
Telling Truth Experiencing Lies
I visited an Aspen Dental on Tuesday of this week. I am not exaggerating when I say that it took longer for the office to take x-rays than it took both the hygienist and dentist to physically examine my gums and teeth. The dentist recommended Crowns for chipped teeth rather than filings. Where is the philosophy of step therapy in this recommendation?? Instead of the dentist doing a through physical examine, she opted instead to look at x-rays. This is a red flag. Dentists must do a good physical exam and ask probing questions of the patient about their condition and recent dental visits to understand an appropriate level of care.
The hygienist took 3 minutes to measure the gum pockets of my entire mouth to determine that I needed periodontal work. This may be true, but how determine this therapy option is need in 3 minutes? If a hygienist is that quick and highly accurate in performing such an exam, the person nationally known in the dental field.
The treatment plan that was attempted on that day I stopped because the office did not have my insurance plan in their computer system yet. When I received it the next day, it was incorrect. I even had a Cigna Dental representative call Aspen Dental and try to help them understand their monetary miscalculations, to no avail. This office has wasted about 4 hours of my time for nothing, but hassle.
I have filed a formal complaint against Aspen with Cigna and filled out a survey with Aspen Corporate about this experience.
Please do not go to this business for dental treatment. It is truly a waste of time. I am unconvinced that they offering the best step therapied treatment for me and am unconvinced that they are interested in honoring the dental insurance policy contract with Cigna and me which would cause me to pay more for treatment for which I am required to pay.

My Aspen Dental experience was the best ever, Administrative, Technicians and Medical Staff was excellent. They are true professionals at their jobs, provided care beyond what I expected. After recently cared for in Boston, Ohio and Florida Dental offices, I could compare Aspen Dental to other Dentistry.

Poor customer service every time. Only reason I go is due to the credit card I have with them. I left the Tyler location to go to Longview location and still got rude customer service nobody seems to have patience r the care I called both locations today and neither agent gave me their names that answer the phone. The Longview location stated I never been there before which was a lie and that they close at five. It’s very hard trusting a company with your teeth when agent representing the company r rude which teeth is very valuable and once they’re gone it’s gone. The tyler agent didn’t even care to see if there was any Saturday date when the longview agent gave me their date right away. It brings me frustration and anxiety and I don’t want to jump place to place to get my teeth finish. Customer care is important specially when it comes to teeth. It’s like going to a fast food restaurant and you get rude service you’re not going to want to eat there again.
